Me alojé dos noches, acabo de salir. La primera noche , día 20 al colocar la mochila en el armario de cayó todo, balda y mochila…poco mantenimiento. Avisé en recepción pero no considero que sea ese el trabajo de los clientes. Al mismo tiempo, cuando llegue pedí lista de espera para continuar tres días más en el hotel, me dijeron que seguramente sin problemas, pero esta mañana me dijeron que la única opción era pagar más de 200€ por noche (las tarifas fueron aprox. 119€ primera noche, 169 €segunda noche y querían más de 200€ para las siguientes) No había detalles de bienvenida, ni tan siquiera agua, increíble. Acabo de llegar a Catalonia y vengo de NH copenhage…en todos hay detalles de bienvenida, en este no. No hay suavizante ni crema para el cuerpo….muy bonito presentado pero vacío de interés y practicidad. No cambian las sábanas, pero si te quitan almohadas, incomprensible. Pasillos muy largos y con los suelos rajados , sensación de frialdad total. No pude disfrutar de nada más que la habitación y servicio de comida en habitación por haber estado enferma esos días con resfriado fuerte…me sentí muy poco como en casa, poco cuidada, pocos detalles bonitos por no decir ninguno. La cena que encargué no tenía elegancia, cierto que fue sopita de pollo y tortilla con ensalada….la ensalada muy poco arte, la sopita pasable (no entendía ese color amarillo encendido) y la tortilla bueno, ahí se quedó…sequita.

I motivi per cui dovendo tornare a Tenerife tornerei in questo Hotel sono: la posizione da cui si può raggiungere agevolmente a piedi il centro storico e il lungomare, la colazione fantastica e il garage collegato direttamente con la hall. Il Bar Ristorante è un posticino carino in cui si mangia senza lode e senza infamia (come d’altronde in tutta l’isola) a prezzi ragionevolissimi, ma ci si può passare una mezz’ora piacevole a bere una birra. Per il resto l’Hotel è simile a tutti gli altri palazzoni/grattaceli stile americano presenti in tutta l’isola.
