The hotel is in an excellent location and the reception staff are extremely helpful. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Breakfast is somewhat limited, but everything is of very good quality. It was an incredible experience.

Great location and comfortable beds, can't comment as we didn't use the breakfast or food available. There was a roof top party very late on Saturday night, super noisy until after 2am and could be heard in our room (on the top floor) sadly, otherwise this was a great hotel visit.

NH team provided us with an excellent service from the minute we walk through the door all the way till check out, particularly Diego. We also appreciate the green initiative of giving the guest the choice of not making up the room in order to reduce energy and water used for washing.

Como cliente habitual de NH y también de este hotel, me gustaría recalcar de nuevo la atención y disposición del personal del NH Tenerife. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y con una sonrisa en la cara. Me gustaría indicar también que una renovación de las instalaciones no se vería mal, echo en falta un gimnasio o habitaciones con plato de ducha en lugar de bañeras, es cuestión de moderniz****. Gracias de nuevo por todo y volveremos a vernos en los próximos meses

The hotel is an average one. There was no tea or coffee maker in the room. The room was small without a balcony. We asked for toothbrush on the phone and the person in reception told us to come down to pick it up because he was alone ! We didn’t try the breakfast or dining facilities of the hotel, so no comment on them. I give 3 stars to this hotel because of its nice location and overall cleanliness.

3/5 no te dicen que viernes y sábado no vas a dormir prácticamente nada porque tienen un bar que cierra a las 4 de la mañana justo arriba y otro abajo , la música se filtra por las habitaciones. Desayuno muy pobre , si se acababa algo no lo reponían. Ubicación buena aparte de lo arriba mencionado está cerca de todo
