The hotel is in an excellent location and the reception staff are extremely helpful. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Breakfast is somewhat limited, but everything is of very good quality. It was an incredible experience.

Great location and comfortable beds, can't comment as we didn't use the breakfast or food available. There was a roof top party very late on Saturday night, super noisy until after 2am and could be heard in our room (on the top floor) sadly, otherwise this was a great hotel visit.

NH team provided us with an excellent service from the minute we walk through the door all the way till check out, particularly Diego. We also appreciate the green initiative of giving the guest the choice of not making up the room in order to reduce energy and water used for washing.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en Santa Cruz. El personal de recepción es muy amable y educado, pero una vez en la habitación es horrible. La mía estaba bastante sucia, con restos de comida en el mini bar de otros huéspedes. Las almohadas con manchas, tres de ellas sin funda protectora debajo de la funda de almohada. La cama es importante que esté limpia, puede ser más o menos cómoda, pero no cumple un mínimo de medidas de higiene.

Muy contento con la elección de este hotel. Está super céntrico, tiene muy buena relación calidad precio, el personal atento y cercano. Además la habitación estaba bien equipada y limpia. Estaba dudando dónde alojarme pero ahora seguro que repito.

Our stay was just...PERFECT! The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was super nice and caring, giving us the most relaxing experience and helping us with suggestions and tips. The first night we arrived very late due to flight issues and the receptionist was very kind and helpful - as was all the staff during all of our stay! All of our needs were met, the breakfast is vary and delicious, and the staff - even here - was wonderful. We suggest to spend a chill after dinner in the nice terrace. Thank you! Hemos pasado un fin de semana en familia, con las niñas y la verdad es que nos han tratado de lujo. Personal excepcional y excelente ubicación, con muchas cosas que ver y hacer en los alrededores del hotel. Parking con entrada de ascensor. Repetiremos!
