Het eten en locatie zijn prima. Het personeel is niet vriendelijk of behulpzaam. In mijn kamer had ik een kapotte en lekkende douche. De handdoeken waren niet schoon (ze hadden allerlei soorten vlekken).

This hotel is probably the worst I have ever seen! The only good thing about this hotel is the location and it is close to the beach. Other than that, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

😔 Rien ne va ! Trop de lacune… Infrastructure désastreuse, restauration trop limitée, piscine hors service sur plusieurs jours à cause du manque de moyens. Le manque de tout qui caractérise la vie à Cuba se reflète dans le quotidien de cet hôtel, En revanche le personnel reste sympathique dans l’ensemble.

This place is stuck in the 1970s, with accommodations that look like hospital rooms, staff who are desperately unhappy to work there and food that is scary to eat. It is not worth the beach view to be so far away from the city. Go anywhere else to stay in Havana.

Worst vacation ever! My wife and I stayed at Hotel Atlantico in November 2023; we booked with Sunwing. During our stay I had a slip and fall accident on a wet floor in the main floor washroom off the lobby. I had a serious head injury and there was little assistance available. It took forever to find transportation to go to a medical clinic. Two hours passed before I received treatment. The hotel was completely unprepared to handle emergencies. Some staff spoke English, the internet was useless, food choices limited. Never again. Save your money - if you want to see Havana go there. If you want the beach try Varedero.

Je voyage le monde depuis plus de 30 ans, jamais rien vue de tel. Endroit abandonné. Aucun service malgré mes pourboires et mes sourires. La nourriture... On ne va pas à Cuba pour la gastronomie mais il faut un minimum. Restaurant à la carte fermé 4 soirs sur 6. Lits défoncés, claquage de portes sans fin et ce fait par les employés de l'hôtel! Criage entre les chambres et j'en passe. Pas de vin au souper mais... Il est possible d'en acheter par contre. Je tente toujours d'être positif alors je termine en disant que la plage est magnifique. À éviter, mais vraiment.

Hotel Atlantico cuba The entertainment staff for NewYears eve played to the Spanish speaking people nothing was in English or French the musics was so loud you could not talk to the person sitting next to you ,he was asked to add some regular music along with the Spanish and he laughed at us and walked away, the music went on until 3am it sounded like they were in the room with us, they were always out of ice, no pop for mix , they did have their version of pineapple and popiya juice,the rooms were very good,the public bathrooms never had toilet paper and the one at the pool was locked most of the time. The food was ok there was no beef or chicken, the alacart restaurant was opened once out of ten days, what was left over from breakfast and lunch was dinner . There was always fish and rice. There was lettuce cucumber cabbage beets beans and tomatoes most lunches and dinners. They do not have any medical staff such as a nurse at the resort or on call. If you needed water or whatever in your room front desk told you ask at bar bar said at front desk meanwhile front desk needed to give the bar a list of rooms that needed water or whatever I have been to Cuba many many time and Iwill go back to Cuba but I will not go back to this resort again ,

Went in Atlantic hotel for 2 weeks. No food lot of days or if there is food it was rotten. I think the bosses bring the good food to their home and left us with rotten one. Was sick most of the time and starved. One night only chewy squid for dinner and many other days also. The snack bar there is only sandwich with baloney and sometimes cheese. I asked why there is absolutely nothing in your sandwich. They told me because the boss didn’t bring ham or cheese. The boss bring it home probably. I saw the staff fill up big jar of water with beer. Where they bring that???? Home maybe. A man told me he saw the staff last year put cases of wine in his car to bring to their home and they missed wine. Cuban has to stop to bring everything home and leave us with nothing. I found lot of hairs in my rotten food and a woman from Thunder Bay found a screw. If she had swallow that she might be very injured. Internet scam: I bought 10 hours of internet for 5$. The next day no more time on my card. I explain to them that I just used 45 minutes and give me back my 9 hours left. The staff refused. They accused me of not logging off when I did. And if I don’t, the internet disconnects automatically when you leave the lobby. They disconnect you on purpose and they can ask you for another 5$. I asked again for my time and the staff told me you have to asked the woman who sold it to you because she pocket the money. She wasn’t working and the other one refused to give me my time. It’s happened to others also. Big scam. Towels: They asked you to buy the beach towels and they put that in your credit card in American or Canadian money saying they will reimburse you when you leave. Don’t get in that scam. When you leave, they reimburse you in Cuban money and you are going home then you don’t need that money. They charge you 30$ when it is free in all other hotels. There is a big rain and my bed was all wet. They knew they shouldn’t rent that room because there is yellow stain on the ceiling. Bathtub finish with full of black spot. Construction most of the time. The resort is depressing and falling apart. Outside, there is an old restaurant who is falling apart and they don’t clean it. The view of the hotel is sooooo depressing. When I arrived, the grass wasn’t cut in front of the hotel and it was to my knee. Soooooo depressing. If you don’t tip, the barman can be very rude banging my glass on the bar and when you said thank you with no tip they look at you very angry. There is a young Batman who was very nice but that’s it. I asked to be moved to another hotel and they did. Never again there. That hotel should be closed and renovated. It is not in good condition enough to keep it open.

Всё бы ничего, можно было бы отелю, учитывая, что это 3 звезды, поставить и удовлетворительно или хорошо. Но...! В день отъезда, когда вынесли сумки из номера, возник вопрос, где барсетка с паспортами и деньгами? Перевернули все вещи в сумках, в номере пересмотрели, под кроватями - нигде нет. Трансфер через 3 часа, что делать? На ресепшене ничего не могут сказать. Отельный гид, когда дозвонились до него, посоветовал искать дальше. Ходили вокруг отеля, смотрели по мусоркам, может где выбросят хотя бы паспорта. Ничего нет!!! Как выбираться!!! Связи и интернета за пределами отеля ни с кем нет! Знание испанского - 0. Пара, что с нами отдыхали, заняли нам последние 45$. Прыгнули в интуристовский автобус по 5$ с человека и рванули в Гавану в консульство. В Гаване выскочив из автобуса, тут же побежал к знакомому кубинцу в 5 мин. от остановки. Ему на телефон звонит гид и даёт номера консульства. Пока дозвонился до консульства, сказали приехать в понедельник ( а была - пятница). Самолёт улетел без нас. Остались у кубинца в его однушке в древнем доме. В субботу пошли в полицию вместе с кубинским другом. Целый день ожиданий, опросов и перевозок нас по 4-м участкам и заездом в отель, в конце дня выдали протокол. В понедельник с утра в консульство, потом 2 часа на поиск фотостудии. Потом заполнение всяких бумаг, и спасибо нашим консулам, в 17.00 у нас были справки на возвращение в Россию. Сестра через интернет купила нам билеты, 116 тыс. на двоих, плюс деньги, украденные обошлись нам ещё в сумму поездки, кучей нервов и восстановлением документов. Поэтому - будьте бдительны, особенно в день отъезда. Как сообщили наши знакомые, которые вылетели тогда с нашего отеля, в аэропорту Внуково у них выяснилось, что пропал новый спортивный костюм и джинсы у мужа. Пришлось бегать, покупать. Вот такие приключения.
