It was amazing. The staff, service and room was amazing. The place is in the middle of nowhere so be aware that it will take time to go to any place if plan to eat or do excursions outside of the hotel

Hotel em lugar calma com uma paisagem estonteante! É o local acertado para quem pretende sair da agitação diária e pisar um espaço relaxante onde é possível “limpar a alma”. Todo o Hotel é higiénico, com pessoas simpáticas e as instalações são modernas. O spa é suficiente para o que se pretende, contendo banho turno e sauna. Recomendo vivamente o quarto com vista rio, torna toda a experiência mais vibrante. Uma pequena nota adicional para o cuidado de ter uma carpete junto aos quartos para não evitar possíveis ruídos das malas e caminhar dos hóspedes.

Localização de sonho, vistas de tirar o fôlego. Adoramos a decoração do hotel. Desde a recepção até ao spa e restaurante e bar, o staff muito simpático e prestável. Fizemos uma massagem com a carina e a Sandra, e foram ambas fantásticas. Vamos voltar, sem dúvida. O jantar no restaurante Eça foi uma óptima surpresa.

Hotel com uma boa localização e vistas fantásticas, quarto espaçoso, confortável e limpo. Pequeno almoço razoável, jantar muito fraco com um atendimento fraco, um menu muito tacanho e sem alternativas. No último dia tivemos que ir jantar fora do hotel, visto que no dia anterior levaram 1'40h a servir um peito de frango básico e um toucinho do céu fora do prazo. Não recomendo os serviços deste hotel a ninguém.

The restaurant's decor, inspired by Portuguese themes, complemented the overall atmosphere. The view of Douro River and vineyards from the balcony was breathtaking.
