Less than five minutes after checking out, the front desk lady refused to use the bathroom.
There are many vacant rooms, but no check-in arrangements are made. They insist that check-in can only be arranged after four o'clock. I asked to borrow the bathroom, but they refused.
Can Ctrip cooperate with such a store?

Very nice staff very helpful and kind beds where comfortable and housekeeping where great the pool and spa where keep well good place to stay.. close to town and boardwalk great place for family parking is good will return nice all together great

My family stayed at the Hotel Solares this weekend. I thought it was a really nice and fun hotel to stay in. The rooms were comfortable and clean! Beds were comfortable and really nice bedding. We rented two rooms that were adjoining which was great for our group. The service was excellent. The location was excellent, very close and an easy walk to the boardwalk, but not too close to be noisy. The outside of the hotel has a great pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Santa Cruz.

The original room assigned to us was not made up, so we had to go back to the front desk to request a new room. The new room had quite a perfume smell of some sort that bothered me. Not much selection for breakfast.
