I had a pleasant time at this motel. It has a pretty good price and is really close to where I needed to go. The owners were also very nice and accommodating during my stay there.

Room was clean enough (average, at best); coffee maker didn’t work; food and drink on site - non existent - had to drive 3/4 miles just to get something decent to eat; no ice maker available; no laundry facilities. Staff was nice, ensconced in their fortified (cannot enter) tiny office behind thick glass panels. Should say something, huh?

If you are going to pay that much for this hotel, add a little to it and get the nicer hotel next to it. We could hardly sleep in the room, because all the noise from outside just get through the walls. Also, during the one night i spent there, I could not connect to the wifi. When I told the front desk, they told me I may have to go to the hallway to connect to WIFI. I needed the WIFI to do some work, I cannot do that in the hallway around 11 pm at night. Finally, it was a "fight" to get the shower knob to work the next morning.

This hotel was okay. Now it was a good spot and the price was okay. We got a family suite that had 3 queen beds and one bathroom that did not have a door. That's right it did not have a door. What it had was a Curtin. The walking distance from the hotel to the boardwalk was not that bad. But I would rather spend a little more money for a hotel that will provide you with a bathroom door.
