Chegamos para a visita às 10hs. Visita rápida e simples. Não foi ruim. Mas bem impessoal. Tínhamos um almoço marcado às 12:30. E não tinha nenhum para sentar e esperar o horário. Nenhum lugar para COMPRAR uma taça de vinho. E para a nossa surpresa, quando chegou o horário o restaurante não abriu. Fomos embora! Enfim.... a minha impressão é que a vinícola está em decadência. Abandonada. As placas de cimento do caminho estão soltas e quebradas. E as paredes sujas. Acho que o foco é produção de vinho. Não receber e mostrar a vinícola. Não vale ir tão longe para essa experiência. Não indico voltar

O hotel é incrível, porém o staff precisa de mais eficiência nos detalhes. Senti falta de música ambiente e bar na piscina, pois o serviço era muito difícil. Nunca tinha ninguém para nos atender. Nosso quarto Norde ficou em frente ao quarto de serviço e todas as manhãs havia barulho da equipe da limpeza que incomodava bastante.
O hotel não deveria permitir crianças tendo em vista que o objetivo é descansar. Nos dias que estivemos hospedados havia muita criança na piscina e no restaurante o que causava muito barulho.
Os passeios da horta e cavalgada são maravilhosos!!!! Já o tour da vinícola estava lotado e por diversas vezes não ouvíamos o que estava sendo explicado.
As refeições do hotel era sempre muito
boas. O jantar harmonizado estava sensacional e a funcionária Catalina foi surpreendente, excepcional!!!!!
Em minha opinião o custo benefício não compensa.

For what VIK charges and promises for being a premium winery, the experience was terrible in terms of service and meals and impersonality. Communication is confusing, dinner service borders on incompetence and indifference (Samuel).
Antônia, and only she, was attentive and open to listening to the problem at the arrival dinner.
At check-in, nothing was mentioned to us about *******'s Gold benefits.
Food arrived cold on the table more than once, and the taste didn't impress us most of the time.
The garden restaurant was the most satisfactory; and perhaps because it is better, there is an additional charge for guests to have lunch there.
Glasses of wine at meals are not observed by the staff. They are empty.
Even if you buy the premium wines with your meals, the service is out of place, confusing and inattentive.
On the last night, we left there and went to Clos Apalta. In fact, we returned to Clos Apalta for the third time. And there we were able to enjoy what we expected. I am really sorry. We do not return and do not recommend VIK.
