Wow what a jem...Traveled all day and just wanted to be done...three wrong turns and here we landed...Laurie at the front desk was beyond helpful...the history and the view with wonderful rooms changed my course of a vacation...take a extra day and relax in the presents of Santa Cruz...enjoy your room and go swimming...this is a wonderful place...

After arriving, and realizing I had botched my reservation with the wrong date, the staff quickly went into high gear to accommodate our needs in a delightful, caring way. The staff, Gaby and Rolando quickly turned things around and made our stay Absolutely memorable. I will certainly be returning.
