Suite Hotel l'Oasi di Riaci

It was a nice stay in this hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast with lots of choice. Very comfortable swimming pool for a swim.

The welcome was excellent and the staff were very available and very kind. Large suite with every comfort. The breakfast is incredible with local Calabrian products.

A stay that we will always remember for the exquisite hospitality, courtesy, availability and great professionalism of the staff and managers. All in a landscape context of unsurpassed beauty. Discreet hospitality and staff available to resolve customer needs. Unfortunately they were unable to resolve the technical problem of the lack of hot water. This happened in the second room to which I was transferred due to the needs of new customers arriving. For everything else I felt very good.

New structure, well cared for down to the smallest details. Spacious, clean rooms also equipped with a terrace overlooking the sea; always stocked with various comforts. Characteristic swimming pool immersed in an oasis of greenery and tranquility. Helpful and kind staff.

The hotel is located in Santa Domenica in Calabria (3 km from Tropea). It is located between the village road and an old factory. The hotel is modern with a nice swimming pool for cooling off but not for swimming. I regret that the number of deckchairs near the swimming pool is insufficient. The hotel also has free parking. Our suite room was spacious and well appointed, however the finishes were not done… There were exposed electrical wires therefore lack of security… the bathroom ceiling was moldy and no fire safety… We enjoyed the breakfast which was very varied: croissants, homemade savory and sweet tarts, cold meats, fresh and dried fruits, cottage cheese, fried eggs or omelettes... We thank Anna and Francesca for organizing the breakfast and their kindness. I regret that the management is not more attentive to its hotel.

We had already booked the Executive Suite for September 23 in January 23 and had already paid a deposit. When we arrived, the remaining payment was immediately collected. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong room. At first, they acted as if they didn't know/notice anything. We then complained, as we would never have booked this accommodation otherwise, we just wanted the Executive Suite. Then the manager came and initially said that it wasn't that bad and said that the suite was occupied and that she couldn't give it to us. We should stay in the other room (on the mountain side). When I then raised my voice to demand my rights, they said that I shouldn't make such a fuss, after all we wouldn't be sitting on the street and otherwise I should find somewhere else myself and she would give me my money back. We found the procedure very strange. After a lot of back and forth, we stayed in the wrong room for one night. We were disappointed, but finding another room somewhere would have cost us time and nerves. The boss then paid for our dinner and offered us a look at a suite in her other hotel (Marco Polo) - we decided to go for that, it was closer to the sea with a chip for the lift to the beach and breakfast in the Riaci. It was still a nice holiday. However, it was the same price - we didn't get any money back. We didn't come back because we felt like we were being ripped off. We therefore cannot recommend booking there.

Nice hotel very close to Tropea, very kind reception staff, for dinner a choice of 2 first and 2 second courses of excellent quality is available, the girls at breakfast Anna and Francesca are friendly, the waiter Giuseppe is very nice, so everything is OK, a recommended holiday

We stayed in suite 103 for 4 days, pampered by the breakfast with magnificent cakes, throughout the stay, we did not have lunch or dinner in the hotel but only because for lunch we were at the seaside, so we used the attached bar and for dinner we liked to wander around the magnificent tropea. Wonderful room, practically a mini apar**ent, with a huge terrace, girls at the reception are top, and the 2 sisters Anna and Francesca at breakfast are perfect, I can still smell the wonderful cakes thanks, keep it up, only the lifeguard to see again down on the beach
