We had already booked the Executive Suite for September 23 in January 23 and had already paid a deposit. When we arrived, the remaining payment was immediately collected. We were disappointed, but finding another room somewhere would have cost us time and nerves. The boss then paid for our dinner and offered us a look at a suite in her other hotel (Marco Polo) - we decided to go for that, it was closer to the sea with a chip for the lift to the beach and breakfast in the Riaci. It was still a nice holiday. However, it was the same price - we didn't get any money back. We didn't come back because we felt like we were being ripped off. We therefore cannot recommend booking there.
