Hotel has a lot of character, rooms are large, spacious, and very clean. Also with a cute terraces / balconies. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bonus: Pleasant smell throughout the entire hotel. The only negative detail - water in the pool could be a little cleaner.

Kamer 6 is een aanrader, veel lichtinval. Goede matras. Douche in bad is nogal gevaarlijk om eruit te komen. Handvat ofzo installeren. Ook plankje om toilettas te plaatsen zou handig zijn. Koffie en thee faciliteiten zou aangenaam zijn op de kamer of in de lounge ruimtes. Alsook water flesjes want het kraantjeswater is niet drinkbaar. De bediening door alle vrouwelijke medewerkers is goed. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Carolina is een sympathieke, spontane medewerker die onze wensen kende qua koffie en thee. Altijd een leuke babbel 😉 Het ontbijt was compleet, niks tekort. Wat meer tips om plekken te bezoeken zou handig zijn. De prijzen van de drankjes uit de minibar en de dranken in het restaurant ‘s avonds staan nergens vermeld. Misschien de pool area wat aantrekkelijker maken, is nogal verwaarloosd.

Paradiesisches Hotel, wunderschöne Umgebung, kompetentes und liebevolles Personal, großartiges Frühstück und köstliches Abendessen. Eine Wohlfühloase abseits der Touristenhektik. Meer und Berge sind in 20 bis 30 Minuten erreichbar. Kostenfreie Parkplätze.

El trato del "llamado" director Juan Ramón no tiene calificación, el maltrato al personal, la manera de hablar y dirigirse a cual ser humano inferior a el es notable, No tengo palabras para tal experiencia ensombrecida por tal personaje, Porque otro nombre no tiene mas que personaje, el desayuno fue con una manada de gatos merodeando entre el comedor y la cocina, y lo peor es que la cocina tenían zona VIP para ellos, comían de los mismos platos que nosotros, seria un empezar y no acabar, pero escuchar el maltrato del superior a todo ser viviente da igual si era cliente fue lo pero. Jamás volveré.

Fue una boda increíble! Muchas gracias a todo el personal de la finca… Se mostraron atentos y motivados en todo momento. El jardín, la comida, el servicio, desayuno del dia siguente un 10. Un dia para no olvidar. Gracias por hacer realidad nuestro sueño!

Celebre mi boda en la finca, el sitio es muy bonito, toda la comida buenísima, el personal muy amable y atento no nos faltó de nada, lo único negativo fue J.R. trato malísimo, una persona así no debería estar en eventos de este tipo, tuvo gestos muy feos hacia invitados y una educación muy mala. De verda que no entiendo cómo una persona con esa actitud puede estar dirigiendo eventos de este tipo. Aún así pondré 5 estrellas por qué la finca no se merece que baje la puntuación por el. Mil gracias a todo el personal hemos quedado encantados. Y ojalá estuviera la chica con la que empezamos todo que era muy simpatica.

Wonderful building but our room was quite small. Breakfast food was amazing but service haphazard, items missing needed to keep asking. Took ages to get any coffee! Evening meals strange menu which was cancelled one night a replaced by barbecued meat only. I had a lovely steak but others had to head out to nearby town in search of food.
Last morning water supply failed and we couldn’t wash / flush toilet etc but not a word of apology let alone any rebate. Almost seemed as though it wasn’t uncommon?

Very disappointed to wake last morning to find no water - couldn’t wash, shower or flush the toilet. Staff gave no apology whatsoever. Make sure you arrive before 10pm when reception closes; hotel in lovely quiet setting, lovely old farmhouse/mansion. Nice room but small and no tea/ coffee making facilities. Breakfast lovely quality but had to ask and wait ages for individual small cups of coffee. Self- service but often had to ask for missing items eg teaspoons, milk, butter etc. Lovely shady swimming pool. Evening meal very haphazard- we were shown a menu and booked but when we arrived they’d decided to change to just grilled meat ( which was lovely but not for four guests who wanted fish/ vegetables etc and had to go out at last minute). Next night we did eat from the menu but turned out to be strange meals when they did arrive
