The hotel is located in the more relax and quiet area. Good for families to enjoy. Their breakfast is very good quality and lots of options. Service team are attentive and friendly. We got a basic room which didn’t really a good view but it doesn’t matter too much if you spend more time by the pool or the beach.

The cleaners stole money from our bed side table and my sunglasses. We informed the manager and nothing was done about it. Such a bad experience. I will never come back

The best thing about this accommodation is not its swimming pools, nor the excellent food in each of its restaurants or at breakfast, nor its rooms, what makes the W Ibiza different from other hotels is that they have the best staff of all. Ibiza.
The concierge service from Berni and Maria was incredible, they managed to reserve a table in places that had been impossible for me for years and they had answers and contacts in all the places, whether it was to rent jet skis or make a reservation at Amante where you have to call 6 months in advance .
The reception was very warm and they gave us the room at 11 in the morning and let us check out after 12.
Juan, who is one of the hotel's bell-boys, deserves all my gratitude for taking my suitcase to the airport at 150km/h so that I wouldn't miss my flight, after a colleague didn't put it in the reserved taxi.
If you are looking for good rooms, excellent food and a place to relax with movie-like pools, book this hotel because the staff is the 6 star of this hotel.

We had a great time there. Staff are very professional and friendly. Room was very clean and comfy. We had a city view but was quiet room. The hotel design is making the possibility of having a sea view room much difficult. Breakfast was amazing. Gym is very good. Pool area is nice too despite that the sun doesn't last all day because of the hotel design, but you have the roof top pool which is adult only anf access to sandy beach. The food is great and have good verities but its a bit expensive! But I think this a common thing in Ibiza.
