We stayed in a 2nd floor sea view apartment which was clean, large and relatively peaceful and on (most) nights you could fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves as bars and restaurants close by about midnight. Although we did request a top floor apartment when I made the booking late last year sadly when I checked in there was only a 2nd floor apartment available. As per previous reviews the sounds from the above apartments moving furniture about is very noticeable due to the tiled floors. Kitchen had everything you could need (except chopping board) although we only cooked once. Large bathroom with no issues with hot water and good air conditioning and ample cupboard space who hanhing clothes. Separate outside drying area c/w washing machine is also very handy. The location cannot be beaten as you are literally seconds away from the beach, marina and town centre with a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants. Marga and her team are also very friendly and helpful. We did have an issue on a couple of nights with young Spanish lads in the next apartment making a racket shouting very loudly and playing their music loudly beyond 01:30am but I guess they didn’t appreciate that most guests are couples and young families who come to Santa Eulalia to relax. This was soon sorted. We had a late night flight back to the UK so at end of our stay there was a very useful shower area by reception where there are large lockers for your luggage. I would have no hesitation to return but on the top floor next time.

Large, exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you need. Great service! Comfortable beds, large wardrobes and a safe included. Great showers with constant hot water and good power. Sea view apartment has spectacular views! So close to the beach and everything you need, supermarket, restaurants, bars, beach etc. only negative is the lift is small but otherwise perfect! Highly recommended!!

We like the apartment we stayed in on the 4th floor. No roadworks when we stayed but it’s opposite residential apartments so you may see them in the balcony. Excellent location just a minute walk to the seafront and restaurants and beach. The area is very safe lots of families and quite away from the hustle and bustle of Old town and San Antonio where there’s loud music and party goers. The only problem we had was there were ants in the apartment so best not to leave food lying around. They also tidy and replaced the towels on the weekend. There are plenty of room for 6 people in the 3 bedroom apartment and had two shower rooms. Kitchen well equipped and nice complimentary bottles of water. It was clean despite the ants. Very easy to get to Ibiza old town where you can get the L13 bus for 2.10 euros. At the same bus stop there is an hourly service to the airport for 4 euros. You will need to get a taxi if wanting to go to San Antonio. Lots of nice places to eat here and better prices then the other main locations on Ibiza. Plenty of supermarkets and boutiques around. Unless you want more higher end or high street brands then head to Ibiza Old town.

Highly recommend these apartments right next to Santa Eulalia’s beautiful beach. Just step out and there are loads of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. 5 minutes walk takes you to the Marina and ferries to Formentera, Ibiza town and further up the coast. We had a first floor sea-view apartment (you need to book early to get a higher floor). Impeccably clean and nicely furnished, the apartment has everything you need - comfy beds, cooking utensils, lovely bathrooms with showers. Maid service twice a week. There is a washing machine but no dishwasher. Nadia and Marga were very helpful before and during our stay. The (very) noisy roadworks should be finished in mid-May and you will be able to access the underground car park - essential as parking in Santa Eulalia is a nightmare even in winter. Will definitely return.

Booked this apartment based on the pictures and sea view apartments. Firstly to note the apartment is lovely. Really clean, has everything you need and beautiful sea view. However unfortunately the positivity stops there. Our taxi at drop off couldn't get to the apartment due to the construction going on around the area. We had to walk onto a building site with our 2 year old to access the entrance. There is dumpers , diggers, pile drivers , consaws all in operation. We were in shock as we were not made aware of this despite having conversations with apartment manager before arriving. The noise was unbearable and started at 8am and finished at 8pm at night,including weekends. I spoke to manager at apartment and she said we can check out if we want. Obviously we couldn't do that as we were there for 4 days only and we had a baby to consider so hadn't time to go wandering around looking for somewhere dragging our bags and buggy etc. Apparently they are rushing to get works finished by May but looks unlikely as you'll see from pics. Discussed all of the above with manager who doesn't accept any responsibility for this. How she thinks its OK not to warn people of the disruption is truly mind blowing. Was told we could have " about 5% off a future booking if we book with them again". I genuinely would have loved to have visited here again next year when works are complete but the way we were deceived just leaves a bad taste. If you're looking for a relaxing break give this place a miss until next year.
