Too bad the pool closes early in the evening. Otherwise nice hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff and speaks good French

Very close to the cala de Santa Eularia, you can park on the sides of the hotel, reception 24/24 with snack. Good quality bedding, only the soundproofing of the bathroom leaves something to be desired. To recommend

A bit out of the way but we only stayed 1 night as we extended our holiday. Staff were very friendly The pool looked good, lots of kids enjoying themselves. First impressions of the room It looks great. Noticed little bits that were worn But still good. Would I stay there again, probably not . No lift and we were on the top floor Luggage to the room was hard work. Expensive to be fair, but that's Ibiza for you. It was ok for what we needed We had some food and it was all good.

Es muy viejo. Lo primero que notas es el mal olor de cañerías, la cantidad de mosquitos e insectos y limpieza justita. El baño sin secador, ni un estante para dejar tus enseres. En la cocina no hay NADA para fregar, los cubiertos pegajosos y menaje ridículo. Da repelús tocar todo. Se oye todo, vecinos, risas y empleados hablando fuerte a las 7 am. En fin, no vayáis.

Fijne plek!!!👌🏼Zeer ruim appartement! Douchegordijn was niet heel handig. Rustig, netjes en vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Dichtbij het strand en supermarkten (Eroski + Mercadona). Ideale ligging voor uitstapjes! Fijn zwembad. Restaurant beneden hebben we drankjes gedaan (jammer dat ze niet hadden verteld dat er statiegeld werd berekend op de plastic glazen) en ook ontbeten. Lekker! Goede menukaart ook met doorgaans goede prijzen. Auto elke dag in de buurt gratis geparkeerd. Zeker een aanrader!

PONGO UNA ESTRELLA PORQUE NO PUEDO PONER -5 !!!!!!! Reservamos este apartamento por la ubicación ya que viajabamos por trabajo y nos caía cerca del lugar al que teníamos que ir. Hemos estado 7 personas con dos niños, teniamos 2 habitaciones. El chico que nos atendió, Juan, muy simpático. Las habitaciones no estaban muy limpias, no habia secador de pelo (si lo quieres, tienes que pagar 10€ por él). El parking bastante caro. Las sábanas sucias. Entramos un miércoles por la noche, bien. El viernes, salimos a las 14.30 de la tarde y, sorpresa la nuestra que, cuando llegamos a las 17.30 nos HAN ROBADO, JUSTO CUANDO HA ENTRADO LA SEÑORA DE LA LIMPIEZA A NUESTRA HABITACIÓN. NOS HAN ROBADO TODO EL DINERO EN EFECTIVO QUE TENIAMOS MI COMPAÑERA Y YO. LOS MONEDER0S VACÍOS, SOLO QUEDABAN LAS MONEDAS. NADIE SE HA HECHO CARGO. HEMOS PERDIDO EL DINERO, EL TIEMPO DE TODO ESE DIA YA QUE TUVIMOS QUE PERDER LA TARDE PONIENDO LA DENUNCIA, Y LA RESERVA QUE TENIAMOS DE ACTIVIDADES PARA ESA TARDE. La única respuesta que nos han dado desde la dirección del hotel ha sido que pusieramos la denuncia y darnos un desayuno y un almuerzo gratis. PENOSO!!! JAMÁS EN LA VIDA ME HABIA PASADO ALGO IGUAL. Stayed here for 5 nights recently in a 2 bedroom apar**ent. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Magda and Juan. Pool clean, mini golf and table tennis free. Apar**ent clean and well appointed. Didn't ask for apar**ent to be cleaned but needed to request extra towels and toilet roll, did this by mentioning to Magda in the morning. Pool bar area clean, drinks well priced. Didn't try food. We will definitely return, excellent location quiet but a 15 min walk takes you to bars restaurants and cafes of Santa Eulalia. Great Mercadona supermarket 5 min walk away for all self catering supplies.

These apar**ents are ok except the attitude of one member of staff, he is rude and arrogant. Says one thing one night and changes to another the next night. The pool is not clean so we did not use it although other guests seemed to enjoy it. We stayed for two nights, the first night we got back at 11.00pm and was told the bar shuts at 10.30pm, we could not even take a glass of wine to out room. The following evening we got back at 10.00pm to have the same smug man says that it is shut, although we could take a wine to our room….we said that last night he said 10.30…he just laughed and walked away. All the other staff are great just the fat one with the beard

Positives: staff were always friendly, really good price bar food available for all 3 meals, air con in the room worked really well & the rooms were spacious for me, partner, 2 kids and my parents, I also can’t fault the pool (this made our holiday). No one reserved the sun beds too which was a nice change! Negatives; can’t use the mini golf without been bitten by bugs, uncomfortable sofa bed, language barrier at the bar meant we were unable to order drinks throughout the day, had to ask 3 times for extra pillows and the beds on top of this are very uncomfortable, only one room had a wardrobe so all 4 adults had to share one rail, electric tripped twice so we struggled boiling hot water for our babies bottle, Wi-Fi doesn’t work in rooms and the walk into town is a bit of a faff with kids.
