We have just returned from a trip to Santa Eulalia staying in a different hotel. My Dad came on holiday with us and on the Tuesday morning of our holiday went out on a walk himself to visit some places he’d seen in years gone by with my Mum. Unfortunately he seems to have blacked out outside the W Ibiza and was found by staff in a pool of blood. The staff not only helped him up and called an ambulance but they also phoned me and made absolutely sure that I knew what had happened, what hospital he was getting taken to and how to get to him. I didn’t get a chance to call back and thank them later in the week but I was even told to phone back if there was absolutely anything else they could help with. They couldn’t have been more empathetic, helpful and caring. My Dad spent the day in hospital and was let back to our hotel late that evening when his vital signs had improved after many tests and with an extensive report to take to his own doctor. I’ll also email the hotel directly once I get contact details but I really felt that potential customers should know just how helpful this hotel was in a crisis. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for my Dad. It was a dreadful & shocking thing to have happened but I think he considers himself very lucky that it happened where it did.

I absolutely love Hotel La Cala The bar, food, public areas and pool are all amazing Definitely a over 55's Hotel and would not suit families with children. Entertainment most nights of a good standard. Short walk to the buzzing bright lights on the Marina and public beach. Fabulous restaurants and bars - felt safe out and about as a Solo. La Cala staff from room ladies, to bar/ restaurant staff/ reception all fantastic and work tirelessly to cater for your every need. Well done all. One tiny complaint my room was directly opposite a building site with a briese block wall view where they seemed to start work at 4pm I love a Sundowner on my balcony but the terrific noise made this impossible to enjoy peace while watching the sunset l hope by 2024 the work is complete ( Not La Cala fault) Room move? Not a chance once ld unpacked 😊

Excellent hotel, location in small private street and very quiet area. Without children and all luxury rooms without missing details. Nespresso cafeteria with 4 capsules per night, a large bottle of water and a variety of infusions. You can choose the type of coat and breakfast with a variety of products and very friendly staff, fully recommended

Stayed here 8th October for 3 Nights and everything was first class. very friendly and welcoming staff from check in to check out. Dined in the hotel on the first evening which was amazing and breakfast buffet and selection each morning was delightful. Wish I could have stayed longer

Not long back from a two week wonderful stay at the Duquesa Playa. My umpteenth time a the Hotel and it never disappoints. From the rooftop pool , and the cleanliness of the rooms, it ticks the boxes at all levels.Walid and his team make you feel so welcome. Finally, step out of the Hotel and your in the lovely town of Santa Eulalia. The Marina, restaurants and boutique shops to visit.What a place.

Great for walking too Many plus points to our stay Breakfasts were excellent and loads of variety each morning - cereals, hams and cheeses , fresh fruits , variety of breads , full English if you wanted & both inside or a lovely outside seated courtyard area Amenities of hotel great - Wi-Fi , lounge areas inside and outside too with comfortable furnishings & reception area Ample size pool of varying depth Sun beds Lounge chairs and pool bar - We loved the pool snacks and late afternoon drinks / cocktails Quality Dining room for option of evening meals menu available Rooms modern & are tasteful and with all amenities including well stocked fridges bathroom toiletries and superb walk in shower too Modern bedroom furnishings make it special Finally the hotel staff , Always friendly helpful and happy to make your stay special . Honestly this hotel is amazing. We booked for a week just as the hotel had reopened after low season. We arrived approx 11pm to a smooth check in, offers of food and drinks if we wanted them and a room all made up for us and our two children. Rooms are clean, spacious and we chose a sea view. This was perfect. We had a balcony which we could all sit on and relax, and kids were very comfortable in their beds. Our beds were massive and comfortable. Food was brilliant, so much choice every day, huge selection for vegetarians and options for people who were gluten free, plenty of choice of drinks and the pool bar did a range of snacks which were perfect if you wanted something else. Our children used the kids club which offers 2 activities from 11am til 13:15pm and then a kids disco most nights. The entertainment team are brilliant and my son got particularly attached to them. They are so accommodating and baring in mind this was still start of the season they ensured something was on most nights. Staff are incredible. There are no other words. Hotel is clean and staff work hard to keep the areas clear of cups, plates and general mess. The staff are always on hand to help with anything and everything you could possibly ask for... From late check out to taxis to food orders. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is perfectly situated for walks to beaches within 10mins, the marina and town centre. We've had the best time and we will be back as this has had every thing we could possibly want. Kim, Jesùs, Ully, José.... My partner and I agree Riomar was by far one of our favorite hotels we stayed at. The hotel rooms were immaculate with stunning views, huge comfortable beds, white decor which made the room feel specious and beautiful, huge sliding doors and floor to ceiling windows to watch the sunrise. And the bathrooms were incredible - modern design with beautiful lighting. The best part about the experience was the hospitality. We were immediately greeted at the door with delightful hotel hosts, welcoming us as we walked in. Marta, the concierge, absolutely made our trip to Ibiza one of the best we could possibly experience. She ensured we visited the right markets, booked us reservations at the best restaurants in Ibiza (her recommendations) to watch the sunset, helping us book a car rental and contacting us directly when she heard back from them. She checked in with us when we came back from our events to make sure we were happy with the experience. She helped us with transportation and gave us the best advice on how to take the ferry to Formentera. She even gave us recommendations at the next island we stayed at! She was so wonderful - thank you Marta for making our vacation so magical! One last note: do not miss brunch! The buffet has absolutely everything, including gluten free options for my celiac partner. The service was very responsive and the beach views on the patio could not be beat!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again. The room and hotel is exceptionally clean, with good decor throughout. The staff are a joy, only too happy to help and went above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation. I really can’t thank them enough. The breakfast was delicious, a good range of cooked items, pastries and fresh fruit etc. My only complaint is the coffee is from a machine - no chance of an oat latte! I didn’t use the pool area and would say this is the only area I didn’t feel 100% about. Nothing in particular just a bit too open for me - and there were plenty of other people using it, so probably just me! One other thing - my wifi connection wasn’t great when I used it, so probably wouldn’t stay there if i was on a working vacation!
