I have. Stayed in August at the property and it is not what I expected. The room was spacious and reasonably clean, the bathroom had a rusty shower cubicle and the towels were changed only on the penultimate day. The. Dirty shared parts and neglect reign supreme. Food without a second choice and fish only on request. Some types of risotto are good, others are just adequate. Lack of welcome and directions to get to the facility. However, the place has a wonderful view and it is a shame that it is not looked after properly. I won't go back

An enchanting place in the heart of one of the most beautiful gulfs in the world, a stone's throw from Portofino whose promontory can be seen from the terrace, the garden and even from the bed of the room where we stayed! A picture, both day and evening, with all the lights of Santa Margherita and the boats in the marina and in the harbor. The garden is very well kept and also has areas of shade thanks to the trees that surround it. The welcome was warm and everyone was very helpful in meeting our needs. In addition to the classic B&B services, shuttle or other services can be arranged. The center of Santa Margherita can still be reached on foot and the station (even if you can't hear it at all!) is very close, ideal for those who want to explore the entire Riviera. Just an oasis of peace, we regenerated and will return.

I have already been to this establishment more than once. It is excellent in terms of location and for spending a weekend in peace. The staff is really welcoming. The breakfast is in line with requests and well assorted. For me it always remains a stop when I want to enjoy a bit of relaxation.

Beautiful view with terrace and garden overlooking the sea. Oasis of peace and relaxation. Large rooms and simple furnishings. Excellent cleanliness and maximum attention. Private paid parking 300 meters away (very cheap compared to the area) offering a unique convenience for the town. Abundant breakfast (delicious croissants). Only small suggestion: I would like to have more Ligurian products because those that were there were delicious. They told me that next summer they will have aperitifs...I will definitely be back

We stayed at this hotel for a family weekend! The environment is very simple and the welcome is excellent. The structure has a garden and a magnificent terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of Santa Margherita Ligure. Our 11 and 7 year olds enjoyed it. We will definitely be back. See you soon.

I had already been to this facility last year for work, I wanted to try it with my family. The structure has a fantastic location, immersed in the Ligurian hills. Compared to my first experience, the girl who manages it has changed and I must say that I have noticed an excellent change, much more organization but above all an edge at breakfast. For the rest, the location does everything, wonderful views and Liguria always at the top

Beautiful location, terrace with wonderful view. Excellent Mediterranean cuisine. Simple but clean rooms. It's on the hills but easily reachable in 10 minutes on foot. Professional and kind staff. We can't wait to return

Place of pure poop, neglected, we caught a world of insects in the room, they jumped in the bed, they got into our son's right leg, at the hospital they removed it with code red, it was a tick, it definitely came from messy garden with plants, excessively tall and unkept, the room at first glance seemed clean, under the bed, dust and balls of bear hair, I don't know how to define that dirt, the sink full of hair, not to mention the vater , dirty with residues of small picassis of poop evidently, not clean, we were welcomed into the room by a curvy girl, named Suelen, we asked if she would please change our garbage bags, but she said that to save money for the company, we had to keep them like this, if we wanted to go to zumba, we certainly wouldn't have complained about the disgusting thing we found there, but given that renowned reviews, certainly made by the owners themselves, deceived us, taking a good position and rejecting others, certainly more suited to the our needs, non-adjustable air conditioning, we went from 40° outside to -6, my son Mattia still has a cough, the place does not have anti-covid masks, none of the staff wore them, EVER! the checks by the finance inspectorate or whatever, never passed, evidently corrupted by them, and then here in Liguria they ask themselves why they don't find staff, if they treat the structure like the staff, obviously reasons, which will always remain disgusting, from we in Milan are treated much better! we are unworthy of this structure, and of the rude behavior of that Suelen, nothing to say about the kitchen, everything is good, but a cook who is a dishwasher, and certainly underpaid, would be more worthy to go to another place, where certainly, it would be appreciated because it is full of initiative, even on scraps recovered from customers' leaving, there is no photo of the rooms, the reason is simple, the connection of devices to the sockets remains in your hand, the fruits with the wires outside the sockets , mold on the walls, mold in the shower and water leaks, they don't know what silicone is, and yet it certainly costs little, cobwebs and all sorts of other dirt, beds that come apart if you move them, evidently they don't have a screwdriver or a few screws to keep them together, the vines in Liguria will obviously cost too much, outside on the terrace, wasp bees, which always settled in, at breakfast, there is no mosquito net, mice along the path, down to the rooms, we do not recommend it, STRONGLY, we will certainly send some immediate checks, also for the protection of others.

A pleasant stay in a unique place, I made many friends and enjoyed a spectacular view. The staff was always there and recommended us places to visit nearby, next time I will come back together with my family
