O hotel está precisando de melhorias no geral ou então é característica da região mesmo. Se você estiver acostumado a outros hotéis do país, mesmo os mais básicos dos Ibis vai se assustar com esse. Está em uma região abandonada, suja, mal frequentada na avenida próxima e que insistem em chamar de histórica, mas que na verdade está em ruínas. Cortinas não vedam a luz, café da manhã extremamente básico, salsichas anêmicas, pães duros e dormidos e servido numa sala com mesas montadas e toalhas soltas. Encontrei baratas no banheiro durante a noite e acredito que durante a limpeza devem ter percebido. Água do chuveiro é uma surpresa conseguir "temperar", vem como quer. Estacionamento cobrado à parte.

Atende o que promete. Recepção atenciosa, ótimo estacionamento, quarto confortável e café da manhã honesto. Somente deveria ter a cozinha funcionando no domingo. Ótima opção para quem vai a Santa Maria para Romaria da Medianeira.

O hotel tem ótima localização, pessoal de atendimento muito solicito, é limpo e o quarto é confortável. O hotel não é novo, mas com a recepção e algumas áreas que parecem ter sido renovadas recentemente. O café da manhã é bom, embora simples. Certamente vale o valor da diária.
