Impresentable el señor de la entrada quien no deja pasar para realizar una resserva para otro dia distinto Obviamente no volveremos al hotel por la mala atencion, es lo nentendible que alguien quiera reservar para otra fecha distinta y no lo dejen contactar a conserjeria

Con mi esposa decidimos tomar una corta estadía t visitar nuevamente estas termas, especialmente por lo acogedora que es la atención y la belleza del lugar. Eso se mantiene inaltelable. Pasamos buenos momentos disfrutando de sus piscinas y servicio de Spa. Totalmente recomendable, lindos paisajes, muy tranquilo. Seguro volveremos.

Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de nuestro hijo, habíamos ido en otras ocasiones y debemos destacar una mejora notable en la parte alimentación en cuanto a calidad, atención , los detalles….don Pedro, música en vivo….en fin…muchos detalles que uno se sienta regaloneado durante su la estadía Tours a destacar en la historia de Chile Sin duda lo recomendamos a ojos cerrados

Excelente ambiente natural, el personal muy amable, cálido y cercano. Muchas actividades para realizar, buena gastronomía, infraestructura muy bien mantenida para sus 150 años. Destacamos la amabilidad de su personal desde la atención en recepción al llegar, comedores y Spa. En especial destacamos a Freddy quien nos acompañó desde nuestra llegada al hotel, excelente experiencia.

Una buena experiencia en general. El personal delnrestaurante y spa muy amable y las instaciones óptimas (salvo por el aislamiento de sonido entre habitaciones). Es necesario mejorar la calidad de las comidas que han desmejorado mucho con los años.

Exquisito hotel muy cerca de Santiago con una vista increíble y lugares para caminar y relajarse a leer. Las piscinas exterior e interior, impecables y la comida muy buena. Ideal para descansar en un ambiente muy tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza .

Muy agradable estadía en un lugar que invita al descanso. Disfrutar de las piscinas, vegetación, de las vistas del valle, de los jardines muy bien cuidados y sobre todo de la comida y el silencio. El personal del hotel es muy amable y las actividades diseñadas para todas las edades. Muy recomendable
