Mancata organizzazione e comunicazione con i clienti. Di accoglienza e turismo non sanno nulla. Personale inadeguato. Pessima e deludente esperienza di viaggio. Purtroppo non è sufficiente arredare e ristrutturare un palazzo storico situato in una buona posizione per essere pronti ed adatti all'accoglienza.

Abbiamo scelto questo bb x visitare la reggia di Caserta e vi siamo rimasti 2 giorni. La location si trova al 4 piano di un palazzo in centro del paese. L'ambiente è pulito e curato. Ci sono due aspetti che nn mi sono garbati: 1-la colazione con prodotti confezionati 2-il mancato riassetto e pulizia della stanza :nn è piacevole trovarla disordinata al rientro nel pomeriggio. Un peccato perché il posto ha molte potenzialità.
