Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Rooms spotless and cleaners did a fab job. Dinners great, however breakfast left a lot to be desired. Head server and pony tailed young lady were extremely rude when we dared ask for hot coffee or water. We were told if everyone came down at the same time water and coffee would be hot, despite breakfast listed as 8.00 -9.00am. These 2 members of staff made breakfast a real challenge for our group and prevented a 5 star review.

Bella struttura a 5 minuti di auto da Assisi. La camera era molto confortevole, letto comodissimo e spazioso. Staff gentilissimo, nessun commento negativo. Completa la struttura un ristornate molto apprezzabile. Consigliato anche per la posizione

Sono stato in questo hotel per il Capodanno e sono pienamente soddisfatto di tutto. Camere belle e comode, servizio impeccabile e cucina super. Ci tornerò volentieri. Complimenti al personale per la preparazione e gentilezza. P.S. il cenone è stato ottimo così come ottimo è stato l'intrattenimento della serata.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great service. Only downside were the pigeons bathing in the swimming pool, which deterred us from swimming.

Tornata dopo anni, resto ancora soddisfatta di questa struttura. Confortevole hotel, camere piacevoli, ristorazione di alto livello. Personale molto gentile. La posizione è fantastica, di fianco alla Basilica della Porziuncola. Per visitare Assisi basta prendere pullman a pochi metri dall'hotel. Molto comodo.

This seemed to be a tiny town and was a midway stop for us on the way from Rome to Florence. Our room was a little bit of a challenge to get to - you'd ride an elevator up one floor, then have to drag your bag up a few stairs, then down several hallways. The rooms were very basic, but somewhat dated. There were restaurants nearby that were good, so that was a plus. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. It was a quiet area.

Struttura eccezionale e servizio impeccabile. È una struttura moderna dove trionfa la gentilezza e simpatia di chi ci lavora. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, è accanto a Santa Maria degli Angeli, che come sempre lascia a bocca aperta per la sua bellezza. Il mio ragazzo ed io, siamo stati trattati benissimo, il personale è riuscito a soddisfare le nostre richieste (Alessandra, ti ringrazio di cuore per tutto l’aiuto!).❤️ Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, la nostra camera era impeccabile. Tra l’altro per chi è munito di auto, c’è un parcheggio grande!
