Faccio la recensione solo per quanto riguarda il ristorante, in cui ho pranzato con l'occasione di aver rivisto un vecchio amico. Il locale è integrato nell'hotel e si struttura in più sale; si accede dall'ingresso principale e figura con una grande sala. Offre servizio pranzo e cena; quest'ultima con servizio pizzeria. Arriviamo per le 12.30 e ci viene chiesto di attendere in quanto ancora chiuso! poco dopo, ci accomodiamo. Menù basic sulla base delle specialità umbre presentato in un foglio stampato.... i tempi di attesa lunghissimi, in quanto, hanno preferito servire i turisti sopraggiunti dopo che noi avevamo inviato la comanda. Portate, buone abbondanti e con materiali di prima qualità, complimenti allo chef. Pecca presentare nella regione dell'olio una bottiglia di olio origine UE!!! Prezzi onesti da migliorare il servizio nei tempi di portata in quanto da primi siamo andati via gli ultimi.....

Dalla prenotazione al checkout il personale si è sempre dimostrato molto gentile, disponibile e paziente. La struttura è accogliente e dotata praticamente di tutto, difficile chiedere di più. La camera è confortevole e ben pulita. Per quanto riguarda i pasti c'è la colazione a buffet e il ristorante propone anche ottime pizze. Consigliatissimo!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana con una scolaresca di 44 persone durante un viaggio di istruzione. Hotel pulito e rinnovato, gestito con attenzione dalla proprietaria e dai suoi collaboratori. Nonostante la vivacità dei ragazzi lo staff dell'hotel è sempre stato comprensivo e ha sempre accolto le richieste dei ragazzi. Buona la cucina, gentilissimo il personale che serviva ai tavoli. Hotel pulitissimo, stanze nuove e ben tenute; cucina ottima e personale cordiale e professionale. Cercano di accontentare l’ospite come meglio possono. Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene. A pochi passi dalla Porziuncola. Punto strategico per raggiungere facilmente le varie province umbre. Eccellente!

Struttura datata con gli acciacchi degli anni cui compensano la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale e la pulizia delle camere. La colazione andrebbe gestita con maggiore attenzione e rispetto delle direttive anti Covid. Troppi gli elementi in condivisione e accessibili agli ospiti. Struttura vicinissima a Santa Maria degli Angeli raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti.
