Very nice place, close to the historical city of Assisi. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice rooms, very comfortable. All essentials were present. Good food. Parking in front. Nice walkings around; stunning garden. The meeting rooms are quite good as well.

Whistle stop on our way south. Great place for a relaxing evening after an extremely long drive. I needed some last minute directions, as my satnav was experiencing heat stroke, and the lady at the reception was more than happy to put up with me over the phone, until I saw her waving at me from the glass doors... Great venue, fantastic room, clean and airy, well ventilated. ST. Francis of Assisi Basilica on top of the hill was in view of our bedroom window. Dinner, in the main House was extremely good, using local produce. Service very efficient and unobtrusive at the same time that left clients with time to relax without being pressurised. Breakfast buffet very good, although the plain omelette cooked on order was not really to my satisfaction. The freshly carved local ham was delicious as were the salami and bread.

The hotel provided great service, but Matt stole the show. He's a master with cocktails (or mocktails....your choice). Great personality, beautifully arrayed drinks, and he is not limited to what you see on the menu. We each asked for surprises, and he delivered perfection each time. Drop in and ask for Matt.

There are very few reviews on Ctrip's foreign hotels. Although the speed of updating room availability is very slow, I often receive information after booking that the room is full, but the price seems to be the same. The hotel is on the mountain, some distance from the attractions, but it's just a walk away. Compared with Rome, the room is very big and the price is cheap. The rooms are all early, breakfast is quite simple, there is not much to eat.

We returned to the second in this fun and cozy hotel. Most friendly the owner, spacious and clean rooms with all comforts. Excellent cleaning. A varied and abundant breakfast. Strategic location, ideal for visiting Assisi and the surroundings. We will return

The area is very beautiful and well-treated, especially the pool. As regards the structure itself, you will certainly be aware that it would need more maintenance. Our room was small and full of antique furniture that made the environment even more sharp and tight. Note that the restaurant service was not active within the structure (the lack of correctly reported in the booking phase ) We would have wanted to report these problems to the property but in the check-out phase (possible only after the 9.) There was only the cleaning lady we thank for kindness and availability We also thank the boy at the reception for the kindness and availability Conclusion, the place has great potential but should be maintained better.
