The bed is super small, and the blanket is a stack of hard blankets that are very uncomfortable. The small house is packed with 10 customers each night.

The Five House is a hostel that is conveniently located to all the attractions. It is a good spot to crash after a long day of adventure. I would note that if you're not used to low ceilings, then I highly recommend to book a room on the first floor.

The Five House was my first hostel experience, and this is probably the best one I could have had. The breakfast has lots of variety, and the coffee with their milk was super good. I also enjoyed the beautiful views outside the property & the amazing atmosphere. The host can give you lots of tips and can help you explore Sintra in the best way possible. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Sintra. 😁

The Five house is the perfect place to spend a couple of days in Sintra. We loved the house, the position is great and the atmosphere is quite homey. Filipe and Vera were very kind and let us leave our luggages for a few hours after checkout, so we could explore the city even more.

Super schönes guesthouse und viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war super lecker und sehr vielseitig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem gerne bei Fragen zu Sintra oder den Sehenswürdigkeiten, den Restaurants oder Bars... Immer wieder gerne!!

Very lovely accomodation, with breakfast included. Feels like home. Great location - close to Sintra train station, and within walking distance from all the main attractions. Great if you want a peaceful and quiet getaway.

I’m so grateful I found this hostel before I started walking my Camino to Santiago. I needed a more quiet place than Lisbon to rest and rejuvenate. The Five House was perfect, the hosts have created a homey and beautifully decorated space to relax and explore Sintra. Also they offer the best hostel breakfast I have had yet! Definitely recommend!

シントラ駅から近いですが静かな場所にあり、とても綺麗で居心地が良かったです。このホスタルを経営しているご夫婦も感じがよく、着いてすぐ、シントラの観光について親切に教えてくれました。朝食もバラエティーにとんでいて、とても美味しかったです。私はドミトリーを利用しましたが、夜は他の部屋の宿泊客も含め皆静かで快適に過ごせました。唯一の欠点はドミトリーの部屋が屋根裏の部分を利用しているので、気を付けないと天井が低い部分に頭をぶつける事でしょうか。もし、またシントラに行く事があったらまたこのホスタルに泊りたいです。おすすめです！

Very cozy house, very clean. The breakfast is excellent and provides a nice opportunity to talk with other travellers. The hosts are very friendly and have great advise to offer on the area. I took a hike along the coast on their recommendation and it was spectacular.
