The lobby is very beautiful, warm and comfortable, just like home. The front desk staff explained the surrounding environment and the routes to various attractions in great detail, and enthusiastically took us to visit the garden downstairs, and also provided free port wine.

A very cozy hotel with a very welcoming front desk. It’s a five-minute walk from the train station and just a short walk up the stairs (if you have suitcases, you’ll need to take a detour)

Amazing place to stay. The hotel is 140 years old but looks like new with all the nice renovations they did. However, you can appreciate the history at every cormer of the building. It has so much to tell and they made it even richer with all the small decoration details that you found all over. The place feels so quiet and private, but at the same time the staff is ready to help you when needed. I would definitely stay there again many times.

The staff is wonderful — friendly and helpful — and gave us an early check-in to our room. We were in a family suite, a walk up, but the view from the balcony was lovely. It is a 10 min walk to the center of town, and an easy Uber ride to Pena Palace. The breakfast at cafe saudade was delicious!

I was surprised to find that my review pn Tripadviser was deleted due to "recent renovation". I can not imagine was kind of renovation it was as we stayed there only two weeks ago. However, I can add some more points. Very poor breakfast, dangerous stairway, but close to railway station.

シントラ駅のすぐ近くにある夢のような小さなホテルです。歴史を感じる建物ですが、内装は一新されており、とてもおしゃれ、かつ居心地よく設えられています。おとぎ話に出てくるような素敵な部屋に思わず声を上げてしまいました。 スタッフは非常に親切、かつ誠実でトラブルにも真摯に対応してくれました。 ロビーにつながる小さなリビングにあるポートワインは無料サービス。私が行ったときにはケイジャーダもサービスでした。 このホテルに滞在するためにシントラに再訪したいです！

Great location for a couple nights in Sintra. Walking distance to the historic town, downtown, train station and bus station. Everyone that was there was extremely friendly. The breakfast was incredible. Will definatly come back.

Beautiful clean and modern room. Amazing shower with hot water. Staff are super helpful. We brought the wrong adapter and they lent us one. Two minutes from train station. Bed and linens are super comfortable.
