Lara welcomed my friend and I, gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to see in the area. The place was cozy and also gorgeous—a truly unique hotel experience! Very clean and quiet. Would definitely go back!

Sensational hotel. Definitely the best room I've ever stayed in in my life. Huge and beautiful bathroom. Top quality amenities. Classic mansion, with beautiful architecture. Great breakfast. Relatively close to the village center and restaurants, you can walk. The best was the fado show with cheese and wine at the end of the afternoon.

This is a stunning property that is immaculately maintained. The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond any normal service. It is small and has a very relaxed a**osphere. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and lovely to stroll around. On our last evening, they hosted a night with appetizers, wine and "Fado" performers for all of the guests. If any food/drink item on the table ran low it was immediately replaced even though there were only 15 guests at the time and most had their fill. The breakfast was excellent and at a level commensurate with the overall experience. We would highly recommend and will stay again in the future.

We loved being on this gorgeous property and the staff was very lovely, kind and helpful. My only suggestion is add photos of the rooms that guests will be staying in online to not confuse them when they arrive.

Marmoris Palace penetrates our soul, transfers us to another dimension, where time stops and real life is outside!
Not just because of the beauty, the comfort, the extreme friendliness of the staff, but the feeling... I felt permeated with Peace, with tranquility... as if I had traveled from 2023 to an ancient, inexplicable past!
Walking through the gardens, the greenhouse, the lime kiln... It took me back to Kate Mosse's books, and I wanted to stay in that space of time forever!
Back to reality: the bed looked like a fluffy cloud with cotton candy pillows, the welcome gifts were a delicious treat, the breakfast (which I ate just because it was a gift, I don't usually eat in the morning) was divine, the pool was I don't want to go out and the staff is out of this world, exemplary, super sweet, helpful, they show they love what they do and make us feel very comfortable!
I will be back, for sure! ❤️
