Lors de notre visite au Hilton à Salles, nous avons eu le plaisir d'être guidés par Anair Tavares, la coordinatrice marketing de l'hôtel. Grâce à son professionnalisme et à son expertise, notre expérience a été exceptionnelle. Anair a non seulement montré une connaissance approfondie des installations et des services de l'hôtel, mais elle a également su transmettre sa passion et son enthousiasme, rendant la visite encore plus agréable. Le Hilton au Cap Vert se distingue par son cadre magnifique, ses chambres confortables et ses installations de premier ordre. Esta foi a nossa terceira viagem a Cabo Verde. Fiquei encantado com o Hilton, não havendo qualquer comparação com outras anteriores estadias na ilha do Sal. Para quem procura calma e relax numa estadia de 7 noites, é o recomendável. O quarto com dimensões generosas, super limpo e muito confortável. Optamos por pensão completa e ficamos contentes. As refeições com boa qualidade, tanto no buffet ao jantar como ao almoço no bar da praia. Sabíamos de antemão que, as bebidas não estavam incluídas ; o preço estava um pouco exagerado contudo, entendemos que se trata de uma ilha e todos os produtos são de origem exterior o que agrava os custos. Todo o staff duma gentileza excecional. Experiência a repetir. Parabéns.

HOTEL IS NOT A TRUE 5 STARS.ROOM OK BUT BELOW EXPECTATIONS.STAFF IS AVERAGELY NOT SO KIND WITH THE GREAT EXCEPTIONS OF KLEBER OF THE RECEPTION THE BARMAN ALADINO AND CARLOS AND MARIA GRAÇA FROM THE HOUSEKEEPER. BREKFAST IS REALLY AVERAGE AND NOT ACCORDINGLY TO A 5 STARS. WE CAN EVEN UNDERSTAND THE INTENTION OF DIFFERENTIATE THE HOTEL FROM OTHER ALL INCLUDED HOTELS IN THE ISLAND BUT THERE IS NOT EVEN DECENT BAR WHERE TO ENJOY A LITTLE. THE ONLY BAR IN THE HOTEL CLOSE AT 22:00. GOOD TO REST BUT...

Super genoten in dit mooie hotel! Een zeer lekker ontbijtbuffet! Heel vriendelijk personeel, zowel aan het ontbijt als in het beachrestaurant! Vooral ‘Eidimara’ zorgde ervoor dat we ons altijd goed en welkom voelde! We kregen steeds een leuk tafeltje en werden met de grootste glimlach bediend! Ook het personeel van de fitness deden supergoed hun job! Dikke duim hiervoor! Ook een dankjewel aan het personeel van de receptie die elke avond een leuk restaurantje reserveerden in het dorpje santa Maria, wat te voet makkelijk te bereiken is! Kortom, zalig genoten van ons verblijf in de Hilton!

Meine Frau und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt vom 5.-21. April 2024 in diesem wunderschönen Hotel sehr genossen. Ich konnte hier meinen 70. Geburtstag am 10. April feiern. Ausser uns kamen noch mein Bruder mit Frau, sowie mein großer Sohn. Alle waren sehr glücklich. Nachts an der Rezeption sorgte Bruno dafür, dass wir alle Zimmer bekamen, in denen wir uns sehr wohl fühlten. Schnell sorgten die Wartungstechniker dafür, dass wir in unserem Zimmer 3075 wieder richtigen Wasserdruck im Waschbecken bekamen. Auch die Toilettentür, die sich nicht schließen ließ, wurde sofort repariert. Die Gartenanlage ist traumhaft. Der Pool gigantisch! Das Fitnessstudio 24 Stunden offen mit toller Musik und Ausstattung und Fitnesstrainer ein Gedicht. Der Kaffee ist im Frühstücksraum etwas zu mild für uns, aber dafür umso stärker im Bounty Beach, wo man alternativ wunderbar in Ruhe bei tollem Service frühstücken kann. Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal wie zum Beispiel Zenas am Guest Relation Desk sehr zuvorkommend. Und dann diese Kombination mit dem Bounty Beach und dem Strand, der gut vom Bademeister gut überwacht wird.
