Três casais de férias em Santa Maria. Foi incrível desde o hotel aos funcionários. Todos eles muito atenciosos e de uma simpatia tremenda. A equipa de animação é o ponto mais forte do hotel pois nota-se o total empenho de cada um deles durante todo o dia. Um agradecimento aos funcionários do restaurante pois a partir do 3° dia tinhamos sempre a mesa de 6 reservada para nós. Um especial agradecimento à menina Simona pois o meu namorado teve de ir à Clínica de Urgência e houve total disponibilidade da parte dela em levar-nos até lá e até à farmácia, como também preocupação de todos os funcionários do hotel. O único ponto negativo é o Wi-Fi na praia, pois é mencionado no site que existe e na verdade não há. Resumindo, foi uma semana fantástica, enriquecedora e memorável. Voltaremos com certeza!

Habbiamo soggiornato dal 18 maggio al 25 maggio. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, hotel tranquillo, non lussuoso . Le camere sono degli appartamenti spaziosi , pulitissimi e silenziosi, permettono un sonno indisturbato. Il bagno in stile anni 80 .Il servizio sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta. offre un buffet di ottima qualità e cucina italiana "vera". La spiaggia a poche centinaia di metri e pulitissima e l'oceano incantevole. A piedi si può raggiungere in pochi minuti il paesino di Santa Maria per trascorrere una piacevole serata tra bar e shopping. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo Ritorneremo sicuramente

Struttura cibo e posizione ottimi! E’ la seconda volta che torno qui in due anni. All inclusive top, animazione presente ma non invadente, mare stupendo, camera spaziosa (un appartamento vero e proprio). Escursioni interessanti che ho rifatto con piacere. Grazie!

We arrived with the late night plane - got there, and had the key handed out. We had pre reserved, and entered credit card details - but that seemingly did not do anything. Went to the room, the pictures are for sure taken in a different lightning and when the place were newer. The whole idea of picking a place with apartment style of renting, were to have the freedom of making food etc. As it were quite late, we went to bed - first thing that happens when I pull the sheet off, are 5 silverfish fleeing off the bed. I decided to pull everything off, and check everywhere for more. Displeased went to bed. We woke up, decided to check what was included in the "apartment style" room, and found out.. nothing - we had a bottle of water and 3 glasses, and that was it. There were not cutlery, no plates, no pans or anything like that. The idea of making your own food, and having the freedom to do so, quickly vanished. Breakfast is okay, just stay away from the boiled eggs is my suggestion - they overcook them to the point of being black. Getting what they make from scratch though, while you are there - is really good. Some of the personel were nice, some of them straight up arrogant and refused to even say hi or look at you. Overall - I cannot recommend against this enough, if you look for a good experience. There are so many, seemingly nice places around Santa Maria. Luckily I only stayed there for 3 days, and booked an AirBnB for the rest of my trip- which made all the difference. So my advice - stay away, find a better place.

Struttura vicina alla spiaggia e a pochi minuti dal centro. Staff preparato e cucina ottima. Possibilità di prenotare escursioni. Una coppia habitué dell’isola Renza e Gabri il valore aggiunto di questa vacanza! Per la loro compagnia e per i consigli preziosi!

Struttura adatta a persone che vogliono vivere una vacanza in totale libertà.Personale sempre disponibile,cucina fresca ,mai banale alloggi spaziosi e puliti. Spiaggia dell'hotel con comodi lettini team di animatori sempre presente ma non invadente. Consigliato

Sentirsi a casa a Sal! questa è la sensazione che abbiamo avuto all'Halos Casa Resort.. il nostro appartamento semplice, confortevole e pulito, animazione giovane e genuina, staff ricevimento - ristorante e bar gentili e cordiali, cibo ottimo e Simona una "padrona" di casa davvero preziosa e di una gentilezza pazzesca Spiaggia e mare splendidi.. che dire non vediamo l'ora di tornare grazie a tutti per questa settimana trascorsa in modo fantastico a presto Daniela, Yura, Davide e Barbara
