We arrived at the end of spring break, so it was quiet and relaxing—no loud music played the entire day as found at other resorts in the area. The beds are perfect. The pillows are excellent. The food is excellent. The beach is beautiful. The rooms are the best. The staff are wonderful. We will return.

Where to start. We get here and they leave us for over a 1/2 hour waiting for someone to get to reception. No one gets to reception until I grab my bag and start walking up there. Then. They all come running. Get to the room and the blinds are filthy, there is water all over the floor where the washing machine is located. Could not get the fans outside to work. Booked a 2 bedroom ocean view room 9 months ago and we are staring at a rock wall. Takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get a cart to take us anywhere. Go to the restaurant and they don’t have 4 things we ordered. One being orange juice. Really??? A day later and still no one has come to fix the tv or the fans. This place is a joke. It is beautiful but a joke. I am ready to take the loss and go to a different resort.

The location on a small cove is lovely and it is reasonably quiet. People from the area can assess the beach but it was never a problem. The 2 bedroom was huge and we had our daughter and her fiancé with us for a week. You need a taxi to the town for 80 pesos. The food is just OK except the Pizza which is great. Bring your own wine and order the pizza in. The biggest problem is that the mosquitoes carry dengue. Bring lots of mosquito spray. My husband contracted it while we were there and I cam down with it shortly after returning. There is a 2-4 day incubation period. My husband is now better but I am on day 10 of fever, muscle aches, headache and severe fatigue. Although the people were wonderful, we will not be back and they need an aggressive spray program for the estate.

Nos encantó el Hotel así como el recibimiento desde nuestro check in. La residencia fue magnífica muy amplia. Las áreas de alberca y playa muy cuidados y limpias. Nos encantó realmente nuestra estancia en este lugar porque fue muy relajante. La comida nos gustó aunque puedes llevar tus propios alimentos y bebidas al hotel.

Estuvo bien aunque costo/beneficio nos sale debiendo un poco. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y tienes una bahía exclusiva para los huéspedes lo que te hace sentir muy cómodo y seguro. El alojamiento que nos asignaron era el único sin vista al mar lo que se pudo haber arreglado con un poco de poda a la flora sin afectar al ambiente de la reserva. El servicio fue muy lento y variable... había personal muy amable, diligente y eficiente... pero otros que de plano no... no funcionó el agua caliente al principio, después tardaron en mandarnos personal para repararlo y no nos dieron completas las amenidades ni las toallas, nuestro error fue no reportarlo por que ya nos las querían cobrar a la salida! El sabor de la comida es muy básica y el servicio en playa fue muy lento. Aunque la mesera fue muy amable, hay que mejorar estos aspectos... esperábamos más de una propiedad de grupo posadas...

La comida es excelente , la atención de su personal es muy buena, solo hay problema con Internet, hay momentos en donde cuesta conectarse y por su ubicación , la señal celular es muy débil .
