Quinta Real Huatulco

Everything was beautiful. The service was excellent and very friendly. They prepared a special table for us to celebrate our birthday, and everything was absolutely gorgeous. We had a wonderful experience. ✨🎉🎂💖

One of the best views in the whole area matched perfectly with fine dining. Our chocolate cake for dessert was out of this world. I think they actually whipped it up from scratch it was divine.

Positives: Room and view very nice, clean and as per advertised on website photos Staff very helpful and accommodating Very private (almost empty) Excellent private beach, swim able and not at all crowded Negatives: Extremely expensive restaurant (90 pesos for a coffee!!!) No coffee machine in the suite. Bright, very noisy party busses going by on highway every 20 min at night were very annoying and disruptive to enjoying the deck

Love the room, the staff, everything. The ocean view and the fact you have the private pool was awesome for my kids. Space was amazing and the room distribution

I didn't want to leave. The place is so lovely. The food was good, everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Second visit to Quinta Real for a very enjoyable stay. Kick back and enjoy your stay on Mexico time! The resort, a nice little oasis, not too crowded, nice amenities, love the pools, the beach and breakfast on the deck overlooking the bay. Staff, always very attentive and helpful! Rooms are comfortably well appointed and large with view balconies, some have private and relaxing pools. We had occasion to stay in one of the renovated units, very nicely done with more storage and a small kitchen. Highly recommended, we will return!!

This is an older, established hotel with beautiful rooms, elegant dining, beautiful beach and pool area. We had a suite with a terrace and private pool. It was comfortable for an extended stay (11 days) and the view from the room was exceptional. The staff at the hotel is attentive and provides excellent service. The restaurant a comfortable fine dining experience. One caution, there are many steps at the property so if you are not mobile this may not be the place for you. Hotel offers a shuttle service from the lobby to the Pool and Beach area. If you want to enjoy Huatulco and be away from the crowds this is the place to be.

Here is the listing of disappointments: 1. Credit has not been issued for the four nights that I turned back to the hotel. I was expecting three nights to be credited to my AMEX card, but they have NOT sent any credit to date. I left the hotel approximately Feb 19th 2. The hotel is very under staffed. There was little to no service available on a consistent basis on the patio, bar or restaurant. 3. The hotel is lacking funding and lacks any updates. Furniture like dresser did not have drawers that functioned. Housekeeping staff took NO measures to correct the issue. 4. Level of cleanliness when first arriving into the room was poor and clearly dirty in the bathroom. 5. The room had a nasty smell of sewer gases present in the room. 6. I would not recommend this hotel
