Struttura gestita e tenuta in modo impeccabile.........stanze pulite, bagno spazioso,letto comodo .......accoglienza TOP .....ristorante eccellente ........Eleonora GENTILISSIMA e sempre disponibile .........se vai , indubbiamente ci ritorni !!!!

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno in questo splendido Hotel. Tutto impeccabile, Eleonora, la receptionist gentilissima e sempre pronta ad aiutarci, Mario, il proprietario, dedito a curare ogni singolo dettaglio e custode delle tradizioni dell'isola. Descrivere la bellezza degli alloggi immersi nel verde, in perfetto stile eoliano, con un panorama sulle altre isole da togliere il fiato, è superfluo. Basta vedere le foto. Quel che ci ha colpiti e fatti innamorare di Salina e di Mamma Santina è l'a**osfera. Un tempo sospeso, dove tradizione e originalità si coniugano in una esperienza unica. La colazione è servita sulla terrazza panoramica con marmellate prodotte dal proprietario, granite e torte, sempre di sua produzione. La cena, meriterebbe una recensione a parte. Piatti con materie prime di altissima qualità sapientemente reinterpretati da Mario con garbo e creatività. Da non perdere e da riscoprire più e più volte.

Posto incantevole. Consigliatissimo. L'hotel dista poco dal porto di Santa Marina ed è raggiungibile a piedi. Comunque sono venuti a prenderci con l'auto. Le stanze comodissime con vista sul mare. Fuori il portico con l'amaca per dondolarsi ammirando il bellissimo panorama. Colazione abbondante e varia con prodotti locali e preparati dallo chef Mario che è anche il titolare dell' hotel. Marmellate fatte in casa, torte fatte con le antiche ricette di Mamma Santina, gelati gustosissimi realizzati da Mario, per non parlare delle cene al ristorante. Tutto contornato da una cordialità e da una disponibilità che abbiamo anche riscontrato negli abitanti del luogo. Un grazie va ad Eleonora, addetta alla reception, che con i suoi consigli e le sue indicazioni ha reso quattro giorni fantastici. Spero di ritornare.

You just can't expect the Hilton. The island isn't that kind of place. Mamma Santina is everything you need on this fabulous green Island. We booked the standard rooms. Rooms overlooked the pool and had incredible sunset views. Lovely size rooms and style. Very comfy bed. The staff were incredible. They picked the 4 of us up from the ferry. They organised electric scooters that I must say are essential. We got all around the island to every beach and every view point. They let us play our guitar and sing in the bar and even asked us to sing during dinner service. Breakfast was classic. Healthy and easy. Dinner was absolutely fantastic. Best on the island. The Pasta Con le Sarde (Sicilian Pasta With Sardines) is the best pasta i have ever had and I'm married to an Italian. Chef and owner Mario was super helpful and even prepared some vegan / gluten free for a guest in our party. Eleonora and her team were next level helpful. This place would be my only choice and we will all be back when we can. Coming from the coast in Australia we were unsure what to expect. It's a laid back place on a laid back island. Get out to Malfa, Pollara and get around the island on a charter boat. It delivered more. Way more. Magical. Memories made. Thanks Eleonora and Mario. Paul, Karen, Chris and Melissa

One of the most amazing places I stayed. Mario and Eleonora were great hosts. Nothing was an inconvenience. Gave me travel tips rooms so clean, beds comfortable and the food in the restaurant was phenomenal. The staff quick to bring you drinks and the whole experience was like meeting old family.

Detail in design and excellent work in resourcing and recycling materials. Green . Ocean view, Beautiful gardens and tiled floors, upscale farm to table food, and customer service. Leonora was a complete class act in assisting us with arrival/departure and arranging a local caper and wine tour.

La struttura è speciale su tutto. Le camere bellissime e funzionali. La colazione dove servono la granita, a mio avviso, migliore dell’isola. Lo staff sempre a disposizione e pronto a soddisfare le richieste. I servizi, dove segnalo la possibilità di noleggiare un e-scooter, sempre carico al mattino. Il ristorante di alto livello dove merita la sera cenare. Insomma se andate a Salina , Mamma Santina è una tappa obbligata 😃
