A quiet environment, with beautiful views and large pool. Andrea, our host, had been incredible, lots of recommandation, a drive to the port and complimentary spritz by the pool. We couldnt dream of a more perfect stay

Spettacolo: sono stato qui con mia moglie e mio figlio, le Camere sono ampie, in stile eoliano con terrazza privata, c'è una piscina a sfioro con vista sull'antistante isola di Lipari, aria condizionata, ristorante veramente ottimo e ricca colazione. Transfert gratuito da e per il porto. Gentilissimo e professionale il sig. Andrea, manager della struttura. Torneremo sicuramente!

Scrivo questa recensione nel tentativo di ripagare la grande cura, la dedizione e l'impegno costante nel cercare di rendere il nostro soggiorno memorabile. Salina è un'isola splendida un luogo dove trovare pace lontani dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni, un luogo in cui il tempo si è fermato per certi versi e dove godere del fascino di panorami mozzafiato nella quiete della natura. L'hotel ristorante da Franco si fonde perfettamente con questa atmosfera, mettendo in risalto l'essenza della sicilianità. Un sincero grazie a Marco per la sua estrema disponibilità e professionalità sempre accompagnata da un sorriso . Grazie allo chef Nuccio Di Santo per averci deliziato con la sua cucina chilometri 0,espressione di equilibrio tra innovazione e tradizione! Caponata di alalunga semplicemente divina! Un sincero grazie di tutto

Bella location ...punto forte la piscina con vista su Lipari...personale attento e professionale. La cucina dell'hotel offre una selezione di pietanze a base di pesce freschissimo e cucinate a regola d'arte, servite su una terrazza con una vista mozzafiato....un grazie ad Andrea per le sue attenzioni......Consigliatissimo

Salina isola di fuoco, mare e splendore. Dopo tantissimi anni abbiamo avuto il piacere di tornarci con tutta la famiglia e come sempre, la bellezza, i profumi, i tramonti e il mare di Salina ti stregano e ti avvolgono ! La struttura Hotel ristorante Da Franco ha fatto in modo che il tutto risultasse impeccabile, ottima location delle camere che richiamano la vita isolana fatta di muri in calce bianca e gradini di maioliche coronate da terrazze private con una vista indimenticabile e una piscina fantastica. Un grande ringraziamento al personale, sempre pronto ad esaudire le richieste, impeccabile e professionale, con un servizio alle camere gold. A completare il tutto, un dieci e lode al il servizio ristorante con la sua terrazza panoramica da mozzafiato, alla guida dello Chef Salvuccio Salmeri, che con passione e professionalità, trasforma l’eccellente materia prima locale in piatti legati alla tradizione siciliana contestualizzandoli ai nostri giorni con raffinatezza e ricercatezza sempre pur conservando i sapori antichi della cucina tradizionale isolana. In occasione del Mare Festival premio Massimo Troisi sono stato ospite di questa struttura nella Suite, servizio in camera eccellente, ristorante eccellente, struttura bellissima.. La consiglio come luogo di vacanza .
