Un ristorante impeccabile da anni. Frequento l'isola di Salina da più. di 30anni, il Delfino è in assoluto il miglior ristorante dell'isola. A pochi metri dal mare, gestione famigliare encomiabile. Piatti imperdibili: involtini di pesce spada, maccheroni all'incasciata, caponata, spada alla palermitana. Provare per credere. xxx

Sono andata più volte. Locale curato e a pochi passi dal mare. Ottima la ricciola all’eoliana. Abbastanza articolata anche la carta dei vini. Simpatici e gentili i proprietari. I consiglio. a pranzo e a cena.

Ottima accoglienza, abbiamo provato un ottima zuppa di cozze come antipasto e un dentice al sale come secondo cucinato dalla signora Lisa e spinato alla perfezione da Giovanna. Molto interessante la carta dei vini, con referenze sia Siciliane che del resto d’Italia. Conto giusto. Grazie mille. Torneró sicuramente

Credo sia stato il posto più bello dove ho soggiornato in tutta la mia vita…. Fronte mare, terrazzìno con vista mare, pulizia impeccabile, confort di ogni tipo e sopratutto cibo veramente di livello altissimo… salina è una perla e il delfino è senza ombra di dubbio la perla di salina! PROVARE PER CREDERE… voto 100 su 10!!
