Dopo aver letto le rensioni eravomo un attimo indecisi se effettuare la prenotazione poi ha prevalso la logica: la posizione dell'Hotel era perfetta per ciò che avevamo intenzione di fare. Arrivati in Hotel siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da ciò che abbiamo trovato: gentilezza di tutto il personale, pulizia assoluta, posizione dell'Hotel e panorama bellissimo, colazione varia e abbondante!! Non sappiamo se ci sia stato un cambio di gestione o che cosa ma è un fatto che tutto, compreso il ristorante, è stato di nostro assoluto gradimento!

Stanze semplici e pulitissime. Si dorme benissimo. Eccellente tranquillità. Sicurezza al max. Ristorante favoloso. Rapporto qualità prezzo il TOP. UN ISOLA CHE NON C'È. Estrema cordialità del personale Professionalità eccellente della direzione e del gestore del ristorante.

… location pazzesca: mare, mare, mare … pranzo all’aperto, indimenticabile … menu non vastissimo (meglio !) ma MOLTO ricercato … servizio cortese e molto cordiale … ottime proposte per antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce (e, in particolare, il semifreddo al mandarino su letto di nocciole macinate, accompagnato da « spugne » alla menta VALE IL VIAGGIO !!!) … albergo, per ora ma solo in parte, in ristrutturazione ma ASSOLUTAMENTE da provare appena arriverà la bella stagione … così come la spiaggia e l’immensa piscina di mare (o il mare « costretto » in piscina, fate voi …) … gli ombrelloni saranno prenotabili … insomma: che volere di più ?!?!?

Hotel un po’ datato ma è il suo punto di forza, viva la semplicità, posizione panoramica, praticamente è dentro al mare…
Colazione completa, il ristorante ti assicura di mangiare per pranzo e cena portare molto buone, anche della tradizione romana!!!

The beautiful pictures of the property are completely deceiving. The place is a dump. If i had to guess this was a hospital or a something like that, and then converted to a hotel. There are no Air conditioners in the room. The room was a large with four twin beds put together in twos, side by side. Not the tidiest of place. The TV had a million channels but the reception kept coming in and out. And the bathroom, what can I say...I felt i need a shower after the shower. There is one restaurant on site, but the food was not appetizing. Food delivery was not an option. And taxis do not come to the property. So unless you have your own transportation, bring your own meal.

Bel posto, pulito, l'unica pecca è che ho chiesto una matrimoniale e comunque i letti vengono uniti e mentre ti sposti tendono a separarsi finendo in mezzo e dormendo male. L'altro punto negativo è da attribbuire alla colazione che nonostante siamo scesi alle 07.45 vi erano dei mini crouassant del caffe e degli yogurt con marmellatine, non esistevano succhi, non esisteva frutta, non esistevano uova, affettati e/o formaggi, nulla di tutto ciò che si può trovare in un hotel x le colazioni. Abbiamo ripiegato al primo bar a ladispoli.

L'albergo è situato in posizione strategica tra il Centro di Santa Marinella ed il centro di Santa Severa. La struttura in sè abbisogna di interventi radicali perchè ha un alto potenziale che al momento è carente. Spero che la proprietà si attivi quanto prima in modo da far decollare l'attività. La colazione è varia e nella media ma buona. L'arredamento e l'architettonico va rivisto immediatamente. Buona fortuna!

Avere una spiaggia privata è sicuramente un vantaggio, ma non si può dire che sia confortevole ...il prezzo pagato è congruo. Andrebbero fatti degli aggiusti.
