The location of the hotel is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier and 2 minutes to the beach. There's also a Starbucks only 5 minutes away. The shared balcony offers a stunning view of the beach and the promenade, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
The building itself is two stories, and while the rooms were clean, they were quite small. The beds were also small, despite the description stating that the room could accommodate up to four people and that the bed was double-sized. Unfortunately, the bed was too small, and one of us had to sleep on the floor.
The price was very high, but I assume that’s because of the prime location. Despite these drawbacks, it’s worth staying here for the convenience and cleanliness. The receptionist was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 12:30 PM, even though check-in officially started at 3:00 PM, which we really appreciated.

The location of this hotel is perfect! Very close walking distance to the beach and some really great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is great. Parking is available nearby and the beach is right in front of the hotel. You can walk to the beach. It's not far from Santa Monica.

Visited a friend for the holidays. The noise coming from this hotel at all hours of the night was simply a nightmare! My friend said this was common-practice for them and they're seriously considering moving solely because of the noise from this hotel. I don't know how the hotel guests survive being that the noise is coming from FROM THE HOTEL!! 0/5 - DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Mediocre, nothing special.
The room was fine. Nothing special. I woke up with 4 bug bites which I hope were from mosquitos and not bed bugs but I didn’t have time to look around. Very noisy at night - could hear what sounded like a loud maintenance cart, people talking all hours of the night. For $250 I would find somewhere else next time for this less than average hotel.

Everything was great, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, there is air conditioning, the hotel location is perfect, the beach is right across the street, the only thing is that there is no free parking, but there are parking spaces on the hotel premises, our vacation was great, I recommend the hotel
