What a fantastic hidden gem so close to Santa Monica North Beach, the pier, and 3rd St Promenade! This apartment complex converted into a hotel was the perfect spot for our family's overnight stay in Santa Monica. The front desk staff were a delight, the pool is an absolute oasis. The only thing was the super bright hallway light right outside of the bedroom window. It kept the room feeling like daytime all through the night, even with the blinds closed. We would still stay here again though... Location, location, location... Plus awesome staff.

Really cool vibe two minutes from Ocean Street. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. At this price point, this might be the best value as far as the room itself. Having the space of an apartment after a full day is a luxury. The bed was comfortable, and the towels might be the softest I have ever used. Also reminded me of my grandparents' house, also in southern California, with the colors, crank windows, and bathroom heater. Stayed here for a conference at the Fairmont because the Fairmont was booked. Next time will stay here even if the Fairmont is available.

nice location near Ocean blvd, about 3 blocks from beach, walking distance to restaurants also to the pier. This is an apt. hotel with a full kitchen. Tv in bedroom and living room. Small pool. Santa Monica is expensive but this hotel is cheaper than most in the area.

The room is disgusting this is no bad heart at the workers it’s out dated it’s very misrepresented in the add it’s stains all over the carpet there’s dirty dirty vents popping open on the walls the pool is terrible hair leaves just dirty the whole time the pull out bed I was told was like sleeping on a sheet on bars this is not a dig on the workers they were all nice and respectful the location is good but the hotel itself is very unappealing there’s no ac it’s hot and muggy the whole time the toilets clogged when you just pee it’s just ran down place needs updated in a bad way

My wife was injured at this hotel and they didn’t care at all. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for over two months - we spent 5 figures on the place. A window pane and surrounding fell out of the wall and landed with the sharp part into my wife’s calf muscle. She was rushed to an urgent care facility and currently walks with a limp. The owners didn’t even email us a sorry.

Nice big spacious one bedroom king bed. With full kitchen Quite close th lots.

Clean, nice, reasonable over night here. Checking easy, friendly. Covered parking available, surcharge. We had a large clean room, heat worked well on a cold night. No complaints.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very dated, but comfortable, great location and safe very helpful. Te accommodation was clean and very quiet. The sofa bed was not comfortable and my teenage kids complained it was not the best bed. I would recommend this place.
