El hotel tiene buena ubicación, es de fácil acceso y no hay inconvenientes con el estacionamiento. Es un hotel bastante nuevo, moderno y bien decorado. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes que fueron resueltos parcialmente. Llegamos por la tarde con muy mal tiempo. Cuando fuimos a dormir hacía frío y el equipo acondicionador no respondía al control remoto. Cambiamos las pilas por otras que yo tenía pero no hubo caso. Ya estábamos vestidos para dormir y no queríamos cambiar de habitación, así que pedimos una frazada (que no había en la habitación) Pasamos la noche aceptablemente y partimos al día siguiente. Cinco días después volvimos al hotel por otra noche. Esta vez llegamos un día de mucho calor y nos dieron una habitación más pequeña, en el último piso y muy calurosa. Nuevamente el control remoto del acondicionador no funcionaba. Pedimos asistencia pero no se pudo resolver el problema, por lo que solicitamos el cambio a otra habitación. En esta nueva, estaba encendido el aire acondicionado pero tampoco respondía al control remoto!!! Además, la caja de seguridad no andaba (daba error y no cerraba). Pedimos asistencia y esta vez si se pudieron resolver los problemas. El personal del hotel fue muy agradable, en especial la gente del comedor. El desayuno es completo y muy sabroso. Lamentamos los inconvenientes que deslucieron lo que podría haber sido una experiencia muy buena.

Buen hotel para hacer parada de descanso. Excelente cama, limpieza y atención. Muy buen desayuno, completo. Lo único que "criticaría" es que está un poco lejos del centro. Si tenés tiempo andá al parque que tiene laguna, no está cerca pero vale la caminata.

Excelente opción en Santa Rosa. Llegamos Muy tarde, tiene estacionamiento vigilado, con el coche cargado fue muy valorado la cochera privada. Excelente desayuno, todos muy atentos en que no faltara nada. Sin duda volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje
