Hotel ridículamente caro, viejo, el cuarto tenía mal olor al igual que los baños, muy pequeño y las luces tenues y otras quemadas, el cable de la televisión no funcionaba y el personal no está dispuesto a ayudar, no se queden ahí, hay más opciones en la zona que ofrecen mejores condiciones por menor precio.

Our suite was amazing, clean, didn't have any problems with internet or cleaning they do housekeeping every day location is centric , perfect for vacations and if you rent or arrive with car you don't have to worry about it they have a private garage. As well great customer service, The food is amazing staff very friendly, helpful & respectful definitely for me the best hotel in town. If you come to Santa Rosa I fully recommend the hotel

Buena ubicación, hotel muy bonito, limpio, en la habitación tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, no ruido en la noche, suficientes sábanas para dormir que eso se agradece ya que en otros hoteles solo te dan 1 y ya... En la hora del desayuno poca amabilidad por el personal del restaurante...
