Satisfactory & clean accommodations trying to be modern edgy but comes up short for several reasons. Comfortable beds & AC but lacks details and finish. Bedside lamp will blind you, bathroom facilities are low grade and need repairs. Street and internal noise (loud voices) kept us awake until late hours and early morning (6 AM). A buffet hall next door has very loud weekend parties that went until 3 AM (Not acceptable deal breaker). Included breakfast is reasonable and served promptly by friendly staff.

Me tocó una habitación muy linda con una excelente vista a la ciudad, la habitación 301, muy limpia y confortable, no tengo ninguna queja al respecto, el problema comenzo cuando de ninguna manera funcionó el agua caliente, cabe recalcar que es noviembre y Santa Rosa es una ciudad a 1200 metros de altura, el clima es super frío y el agua aun más, por necesidad me tocó bañarme con esos tempanos de hielo, no se si esto es habitual o solo fue que tuve mala suerte, pero hizo que mi experiencia en el hotel fuera desastroza,.
