We had the best and most helpful staff greet us at the front desk. They we so accommodating and respectful our our situation. We had just arrived from the hospital.

Cute hotel, super easy to get to wineries as near 101. Staff so nice, the housekeeping gave me extra towels and coffee when requested. Valet was accommodating to my handicap. Front desk team cheery, which was refreshing shift from what I usually see these days.

Great staff, great location comfortable and convenient. This has quickly become my go to hotel when visiting the area. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, comfortable beds. Nothing at all negative to say about my stay

I travel for business over 285 days a year. Our travel team a books me at this hotel everytime and it is a favorite as in the eve I can walk to creative restaurants. The fire pit is nice to relax. They have added a Trolley to downtown, which is open air and fun this eve.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located to nearby restaurants and the wine country. That said, Hyatt (and all hotel chains) need to stop adding on fees ONCE you arrive for "resort fees" and "self-parking"...these sorts of fees are excessive, not transparent when you're booking a room, and just simply feel like another attempt at trying to charge more.

My experience with my wife was decent but a poor. On our first night there after I got out of the shower, I reached for a towel and checked if it was good enough to use. Luckily I checked because the white towel had yellow stains on it which was very disgusting. There was a stain on the curtains and also a dried up stain on one of the light switches. The bed was average but overall it was poor but would definitely look for a better place to stay.
