So, good points, disappointing points... Had a King Balcony Fireplace room with Vineyard View. Each 'adjective' is an upgrade. Great view of the vineyard, room nicely appointed and updated. Had breakfast on our way out, great meal. Fireplace didn't operate. Noted that at 900pm on Sunday so not inclined to call down for 'repair' when in robes before going to bed. When i brought this to the attnetion of the front desk on checkout: Q- "Did you call to have it looked at?" A- "When my wife and I are in robes just before bed on a Sunday? Really?" Room wasn't ready at 4pm checkin time so waited in the car for our keys. No one at the front desk let us know that all items in the minbar were included. No room handbook [how to operate the fireplace, hotel policies, etc.]. To their credit they removed the resort fees each day, once for the delay in checkin, the other for the non op fireplace. For a 'destination' resort at $400 per nite they should have this on autopilot.
