The area is small, the service is poor, there is no water, no table, it is impossible to live at all, and the attitude of the front desk is poor

I’ve stayed at four different hotels in Santa Rosa and this was my favorite! Clean, cozy room with a very comfortable bed. The plush robe was a nice touch. I even enjoyed the passion green tea that came with the Keurig choices. I walked around the inside mall for exercise and window shopping and found many restaurants close by with a variety of choices. Friendly and helpful staff. A great stay!

Loved our stay in Hotel E. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Had obviously been remodeled recently as it was modern and appealing. We also liked the location as it was close to restaurants and shopping. We would stay there and recommend it again.

Nice little boutique hotel in the middle of Santa Rosa. Very modern and updated rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Close to lots of restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Very lovely but hardly no parking spots, had to walk a long walking distance to park my car.
The room was small, large decent bathroom.
but the outside noise was very disturbing. One last thing no waters were offered at this hotel.

Beautiful, clean property. The hotel is modern and has a comfortable feel to it. The staff is exceptional. From front desk to valet this is a perfect hotel. We will return.
