The staff on reception was horrible and rude when we arrived we had been travelling for 4 hours with children who all had enough and just wanted to relax the man on reception made booking in hard work foe us all once we found our rooms they was dated and had funny smell in them we was given a sea view witch was the only good thing about this stay entertainment was in Spanish we are English so made it very hard to understand anything no on really spoke any English so we was made to feel left out food didn't look the best and wasn't a lot for the children to eat so we didn't eat here all in all we wouldn't stay here again it is not a 4 star hotel

The worst so called 4 star I have ever seeing. You can't give more then 2 stars to this place. Very old and smelly rooms. Very rude barman at the bar . Staff are looking at you like if you owe them a fortune. Restaurant food ok and staff in the restaurant are friendly in all fearnes. Honestly don't be fooled it's not even close to 3 star . Night entertainment isn't great and it's only in Spanish so no point to be sitting there if you don't understand what it is about. Never again.

The worst hotel we’ve ever been, room full of ants , food all the time the same, pool was dirty, staff very rude and looking line they gave us for free when we paid fir the services, the bed uncomfortable and the balcony door didn’t work properly and yeah… very hot inside the air conditioning didn’t work at all…. The only nice part eas the 🏖️ beach…and thats it…

The room has very old and patched furniture, the bathroom door is undone at the bottom, paint stains on: furniture, doors, tiles, baseboards, etc., bathtub with chips. Ants in the bathroom every day. Poor and incomplete cleaning and on days of many late and bad departures of travelers. Regulating water for shower**** is very complicated. You can hear all the noises from outside and those that face the train track have the disadvantage that the first one passes around 6 in the morning. Common facilities are good.

During a school trip we were able to notice the incredible flexibility of the schedules and the sense of adaptation of the staff. In fact, the members of the team delayed their opening/closing times in order to allow us to access the catering area (we were a large group of 50, therefore with travel constraints). A big thank you to them for their helpfulness!!
