El comedor peor organizado que he conocido, un auténtico desastre, comida de calidad y cantidad escasa con mala presentación, falta de cubiertos y con los platos mojados. La limpieza de las habitaciones totalmente superficial con manchas de cal.

Hotel que no recomiendo a nadie, la comida poca variedad y mal hecha, (eso si al que le guste el pollo o las albóndigas de bote lo tienen casi todos los días), la limpieza de los platos escandalosamente mala, mojados, algunos con restos de comida, etc. falta de frutas, falta de cucharillas, cucharas, etc. las habitaciones en el baño con vasos de plástico, el suelo con moho, en 10 dias no cambiaron ni las sábanas, la tv para ser un cuatro estrellas una de 22" y fallaban los canales y el mando cambiaba pero no apagaba la tv. estuvimos en viaje del Imserso desde el 7 al 16 de Mayo y cada persona que te encontrabas en el ascensor comentaban lo mismo, que era un auténtico desastre, se hicieron tantas reclamaciones que al final decian que no les quedaban hojas. No volveríamos repetir, lo único bueno es la situación cerca de la Estación y las instalaciones de salones bastante correctas.

Queja y reclamación sobre mi viaje a Cataluña (SANTA SUSANA HOTEL MERCURY) desde mi llegada el día 4 pasada la 23,30 cena con tres rodajas de salchichón, dos lochas de queso, dos de jamón cocido y cuatro bolas que aún no sé qué era, la habitación muy sucia, si gel de baño durante cinco días, el soporte de la ducha roto, los cochones super usados somier muy ruidoso y roto, pasamos a la comida, escasa y sin variedad, de sabor mala y sin fruta fresca ningún día , cubierto escaso o sin ellos, la cuchara de café literalmente no la he visto, en línea general muy mal.

Se han reído de nosotros La comida mala, escasa y mal cocinada. El personal muy maleducado y prepotente con las personas mayores. No había cubiertos, servilletas, frutas , verduras. Habitaciones lamentables. No es que no recomendaría que viniera nadie, es que recomiendo que no venga nadie Es algo que jamas habia visto ni siquiera imaginado

Lamentable, vergonzoso, tanto el hotel (comida, instalaciones, etc.,), como Turismo Social por ofertar este hotel y engañar a personas jubiladas (les invitamos a que pasen unos días en el hotel). Comida pésima, todos los días lo mismo, sin variar el menú (pollo y pescado con mal aspecto, sabor y olor). Sin fruta ningún días que hemos estado, ni al medio día ni por la noche, sin mantequilla, mermeladas, tomates, etc., vino rellenaban las botellas con las sobras. Los picnic ya pagados e incluidos en la reserva no se nos entregaron en ningún momento, a pesar de reclamarlos y solicitarlos. Habitación lamentable: sin nevera, sin gel, la tv no funcionaba, sin teléfono, armario, puerta de la terraza rota. Limpieza regular, tirando a poca limpieza. Personal regular, algunos implicados en atender a los clientes a pesar de llevar tres meses sin cobrar. Otros, pasotismo total con los clientes. La peor experiencia que hemos tenido nunca en este tipo de viajes. En definitiva un CERO, aunque aquí sólo se pueda poner como mínimo un uno. De las cuatro estrellas, les sobran las cuatro.

Manuel Pena Verdía 1/5 hace 20 minutos en Google Desastroso, hotel elegido por turismosocial para viajes del imserso. Llegamos ayer de un vuelo a que salia a las 12 de Santiago. Al llegar no hay comida, los platos todos sucios, y por la noche igual, ni fruta ponen. Hoy segundo dia, mismo menu, pollo que lo abres y la carne esta negra y un tipo de pescado con mala pinta y olor. Esto no es un hotel de 4 estrellas ni por instalaciones, servicio ni comida. Turismosocial no hace ningun control y los empleados se lavan las manos. Se estan cargando el sistema, solo quieren cobrar dando mal servicio a las personas mayores pensando que no reclamaran. Al hotel va a volver su p....madre y mas con las malas criticas que se le van a llenar, y porque no se pueden poner 0 estrellas. Ellos mismos estan lapidando su futuro con un mal servicio. Edito: Hoy los empleados han hecho huelga, no cobran desde hace 3 meses y parece que estan en concurso de acreedores. Verguenza que el imserso lleve a este hotel a la gente.

Even 1 star is being generous for this hotel! Avoid like the plague!!!! Dirty, food is terrible, staff rude and entertainment terrible. Lots of locals who clearly dislike the English!

Well where do I start reception was very very rude when we arrived wasn't helpfull at all normally we just have to show our booking on lime this place wanted a hard copy that I had to send them and then they wasn't happy about it not very good English spoken so made this even harder finely got our pass for the room witch we had to keep having changed as it kept locking us out the room. Food well if your Spanish or don't have picky eaters then your fine nothing but chips that the children would eat food was always cold and blan There was ants all over the place and several times we had to ask to have our drinks changed as when they was making them there was ants in the glass Entertainment was all Spanish nothing English or anything for the children kids club wasn't open As an English family we was really made to feel isolated and left out and with the weather being horrible and nothing for the children to do we spent most of our time in our dirty dated rooms Sun beds half of them was broken the cleaners only done a quick bed make when asked for the room to be cleaned bins wasn't emypted. We was up at 5am every morning with the workers using the lifts witch wad very noise Over all this isn't a 4 star hotel I wouldn't evan give it a 2 star stay clear we won't be staying there again
