Het is duidelijk dat dit hotel ooit betere tijden gekend heeft. Eerst en vooral waren de kamers veel te warm. Volgens de receptionist moesten we maar verkoelen door het raam open te zetten. Daarnaast heerste er een algemeen vochtprobleem in het hotel. Zowel de ‘danszaal’ als meerdere slaapkamers waren erg klam en vochtig. Ook hadden meerdere kamers last van verstopte afvoerbuizen. Dit leidde tot verstopte toiletten en bijgevolg een ongelooflijke stank. Na ons beklag kregen we gelukkig wel een andere kamer. In de eetzaal ging meermaals het brandalarm af. Maar dit was normaal, volgens het personeel. Positief waren wel de grote en comfortabele bedden.

Nous sommes allés dîner au restaurant du boulevard, annexe de hôtel don Angel, nous sommes en pension complète dans un hôtel voisin .... tout c'est horriblement passé, un plateau de fruits de mer exécrable, pas frais pas cuit ....la même pour le personnel, tout ça c'est rapidement terminé devant les forces de l'ordre très polis nous signifiant l'obligation de régler la note tout en conseillant de porter plainte dès le lendemain....nous avons exécuté leur injonction......pour faire simple établissement à fuir, personnel vulgaire et désagréable, service infâme, j'en reste là espérant ne pas être malade après un tel traitement !

Ce snack-bar attenant à l'hôtel, mérite de ne pas s'y arrêter. Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure, avant qu'un serveur, ne daigne s'apercevoir de notre présence à table. Ils passaient et repassaient devant nous, en prenant bien soin de ne pas nous regarder, préférant servir et resservir une grande tablée de supporters de l'OM, qui ont dû tomber cinq ou six tournées de pastis, avant qu'on nous prenne notre commande. L'attitude du personnel est infecte. Fuyez ce bar.

Belles chambres ,bonne literie,une belle douche italienne ,,du personnel au petit soin, les repas sous forme de buffet avec un grand choix et de bonne qualité ,il y en a pour tout les goût....mais les orages viennent gâcher tout ceci ,c'est bien dommage .. nous avons connu deux épisodes orageux ,certains clients ont dû quitter leur chambre suite à de grosses infiltrations d'eau ...il y avait de l'eau partout , à tout les étages .. sans compter les odeurs qui venaient des égouts ...puis les pannes de courant à répétition ,c'est vraiment dommage ,heureusement que le personnel est compétent ..''les pauvres ''..ils mériteraient une prime ,car je pense que tout ceci vient peut être des matériaux utilisés pour la construction de cet hôtel ...encore une fois c'est dommage ,

La chambre n'était prête qu'à 14h. avec remontée d'égout. Une odeur infecte pendant plusieurs jours . Le personnel devait eponger les salles avec cette odeur a vomir .Quelques chambres avaient été inondées . Le dernier soir coupure de courant et le ménage laisse à désirer. J'ai voulu prendre une couverture mais celle-ci n'était pas propre.Je ne retournerais pas dans cette hôtel.Je le déconseille .

Lo mejor fue la piscina y la zona de tumbonas, hay muchas. La habitación estaba bien las camas eran grandes y cómodas. Enfrente el parking es gratis. El bufet era poco variado y de baja calidad. La ubicación de la recepción muy mal, en medio de un pasillo lateral al hotel, nos fuimos con lluvia y toda la galería hasta la salida, unos 100 m. descubierta. La señora de la recepción,(rubia)luego de pedirlo, nos acompañó hasta e coche con paraguas.

- Free car park, but not much space, almost impossible to find space - Reception speaks little English, often nobody at the reception - Not allowed any water mattress or swimming ring in the swimming pool - breakfast is available until 9:30 am, and 9:25am may not let you in the restaurant as to near closing - no space in the room, luggage was on the balcony as no space for it - very loud a/c makes noise all night, like a bell or dropping nails every 15 minutes - water in the shower changes itself from cold to very hot, unstable - fridge in the room without freezer - main light switch is hidden behind massive TV, never used TV and light switch was found after 4 days - security doesn't speak English and is very rude - restaurant services - only one person was nice - reception services - only one person was nice - BAR - often nobody at the bar

Bon accueil très belle chambre dans la partie neuve bon petit déjeuner mais trop de monde et les heures trop juste 8h a 9h40 La plage est 300 mètres il faut passer sous la voie ferré 3 piscine dont une à débordement sur le toit de la partie neuve parking couvert a 12 euros par jours
