Luma Relais de Charme

My husband and I stayed at this B&B. The air conditioner was not properly working it was a heat wave we arrived June 24 it was hot and unbearable after Sonia mentioned it takes time to work properly we waited 6 hours it was not working it was super humid in the room. Sonia mentioned her reputation was very important to her that she would give us the money back if we left. With absolutely no place to go during the busiest time of the year she told us to get our things and she would arrive in ten minutes. She lied about refunding our money. We called ******* they could not return our money without her approval which she said she will not return the money to us it was a bait and switch my husband asked her one month ago if ac is properly working she said we will be super happy beware of this place before booking please there are better ppl in better places. All I can say is that Sonia is dishonest.

Luma is a beautiful place to stay! Sonja and Marta were both lovely and looked after me well throughout my four-night stay. If you want clean modern with a human touch, this is the place!

Beautiful! Everything from easy check in, the lovely clean smell when you entered the property, the immaculate room, and small touches. It’s in a perfect location, and we would absolutely go back. We found parking nearby very easily, but might be a problem in peak season.

Good location which let’s you explore the center easilly. Very clean and well designed hotel. Great attention to details 👌 Defenatelly recommended!

This has been by far the best B&B I have ever been in Italy. It's new, beautifully decorated. The shower is amazing, big and wonderful, the bed is super comfortable, the room spacious and beautiful. The service is fenomenal, with curated and personalized breakfast that you choose everyday. Martha was wonderful making my delicious breakfast everyday. Sonia at front desk was outstanding, always kind, friendly and available for anything I needed. The beach, 2 minutes walk, restaurants right outside the place, the main plaza couple of blocks away. Love every moment there, I will be back for sure. Thank you, Sonia and Martha.

Wow!! Truly amazing. I had originally booked a 5-star expensive hotel for our honeymoon. It was disappointing and thankfully we found this hotel last minute. They allowed for an early check in. It is spotless! So clean! Everything is new and in perfect condition. It smells amazing. The staff is so friendly and had our breakfast ready every morning. They saw me rushing out one day and packed me breakfast to go. Location is perfect. It’s walkable. In less than 5 minutes you are at the white sand beach and can swim or a several restaurants and shops. We don’t use our car much except to drive to other nearby beautiful beaches. WiFi was fast & the check in process was easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! This charming little b&b surpasses expensive hotels we have stayed at in a heartbeat.
