Hotel Corallaro

This is a great hotel - location is the best, right next to lovely beach and walking distance to restaurants in small town centre. Family owned, welcoming atmosphere. Good size pool. If you can, book a sea facing room. We were there one week, used the beach 3 days, did brilliant boat trip to the islands and day trip to Bonifacio. Santa Teresa Gallura is an authentic port town, not super fancy but we loved it - some fab restaurants, very easy and relaxed, and everything walkable. Just be ready for the short, steep climb from hotel to town centre - totally doable for most people.

We had such a lovely time at this hotel. We cannot say enough about how much we loved this hotel and Santa Teresa. The hotel is family owned, and the owners are a very gracious and welcoming couple. The beach is very close by, down the hill and the hotel is walking distance to the town. Since we have returned we have raved about our stay there and our experience. My friend, does not want to vacation any where else and wants to return here. You can book excursions for La Maddelena while staying in Santa Teresa. We also took the ferry from Santa Teresa to Corsica for the day. The view of the beach and Corsica in the background is stunning. We had dinner at the hotel, and it is a set menu. The dinner was excellent. You will not be disappointed booking this hotel.

Beautiful traditional Sardinian hotel run by very welcoming and highly efficient staff. We booked a deluxe sea view room and glad we did as a lot overlooked the car park. Being on the newly refurbished top floor the lift didn’t reach it so there are stairs involved. The rooms are on the small side and no bedside tables just a stone shelf behind the bed (be careful of your head). The cleaners were superb but one niggle only complimentary water on the first night. I grew to appreciate the rules they have: breakfast finishes at 0930 although they say they will leave some out but the good things go and are not replaced. The pool opens at 0930 but closes during lunch 1230-1430 and shuts at 1830 - all seemed annoying but once I realised they serve meals on the terrace by the pool, the rules are there for a valid reason. The pool is lovely, very clean and refreshing - if you are a shade seeker they only have 3 large ones and if the wind picks up they have to be closed. No toilets by the pool - you have to go through reception and downstairs (or use the lift) - this is a little inconvenient. We booked their beach service for 3 of ours days (€50 for 2 beds, umbrella & towels) and also used the curtesy service to Capo Testa to spend a day on the beach there. The lively town is at the top of a very steep hill - 5 minutes of very hot walking! Some nice restaurants and a few shops. Very relaxing 9 days indeed.

The Corallaro was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Easy in and out parking and found the property to be very well maintained. The breakfast was very nice and of good quality. The location terrific with good restaurant options in walking distance. There is a nice beach at the property and a pool as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

When I booked this hotel back in 2023 for July 2024, I asked so many questions sent so many emails and Elen and Karen were absolute amazing and patient with me! When my husband and I arrived in July 2024 for 11 days we came as guests and left as family! Ww felt like family from beginning to end! We continued with our Europe travel for two months but couldn’t stop talking about our experience here! From Antonio, reception staff, cleaning staff and everyone I cannot say enough top notch! Food service everything. Now we booked again touring around Europe for two months again and left STG to the end of our vacation this time August 1-17, 2025 cannot wait! We decided in few years retire and make STG our second home for three months a year. People say try somewhere different in sardenia my husband and I said no we feel like home here that is what we got from the first impression here! Absolutely no words how we feel when there especially my husband he loves it so much! ❤️❣️ see you all soon

Glorious hotel overlooking the beach! The rooms are enchanting, with attention to detail and comfort (yes, there's even an adorable nautical porthole in the shower!) With access to a gorgeous beach within walking distance, as well as being close to the bustling town center, the location could not be more perfect. Parking is onsite! The reception staff was courteous and helpful (especially Sveva,) and the restaurant was delicious and accommodating. Did I say the room was gorgeous - it was a dream! HIGHLY recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel just opposite the beach. Just for awareness the beach has a charge of euro 3.50 per person and a requirement of straw mat to be used between towel and sand. The hotel has some straw mat for use in reception. All staff friendly and helpful.

La Madellena Great location in one the most sought out places in costa Esmeralda. Friendly service , Breakfast area very accommodating vast choice , large pool and service . 5 minute walk to historical town with restaurants and artisan shops . Some of the most beautiful beaches in the world within 5-10 kms . Boat tours available to secluded beaches .

Location is amazing. Staff was able to provide recommendations on the least windy beaches.
