Santander Hotels with Airport pickup service

I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... Frontdesk super friendly and accommodating with all the details provided Room cleaners are very good and friendly Security are very helpfull all the times with smile and greetings... The Island Front Resort is highly recommended if you are planning on staying in the Oslob area and/or are planning on seeing the whale sharks there. The Island Front Resort rooms are pretty basic, but very clean and located right on the water. It was definitely a very nice treat to eat dinner and breakfast facing the clear blue ocean and Sumilon Island, which is another tourist attraction. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact, if you plan on going to see the whale sharks, the staff will arrange transportation for you (at a very fair price) and even fast track you on the boat line with a complimentary guide, which will save you time and eliminate some confusion when you get there. The food (both the dinner and complimentary breakfast) was very good and priced very reasonably. I was hoping for just a clean basic room to sleep in (which I did get), but the good and fairly priced food and being fast tracked on the whale shark line were definitely nice surprise bonuses!! 😊

I love this place. The rooms are very clean and cozy. We were very comfortable here during our stay because the atmosphere here is so relaxing. The color combinations of the rooms are just adorable. And the price is just right. The hand-painted murals are simply beautiful. It gives an ambiance of blissful serenity to the place. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Try their Chinese dimsum. You will definitely love it. I’m coming back here for sure.

Good, clean room with nice room service serving good food, nice swimming pool. Nice view from the balcony of the mountains. TV was a good size with excellent channel selection. Wasn't too expensive, but I believe rates have now gone way up.

A pleasant hotel to base ourselves for 4 nights to do the whale shark watching and the canyoneering. The large sliding door wardrobe was great to store all our luggage and belongings out of the way. The free secure parking was great for our hire car which we needed to access restaurants. The last dinner order at Eden was taken at 6.00 p.m. The beach was rocky and unappealing for a swim, but the infinity pool was great. Views were spectacular and we highly recommend this hotel.

We originally planned to stay at another hotel but it was full so we decided to try Henia. Overall it’s been a good experience and I think this is probably the best option in Dumaguete, which for some reason has a very limited selection of hotels. The good: - The rooms are reasonably sized. They only had twin rooms when we booked. While they are basic, they are up to date, clean and reasonably roomy - The bathroom is decent quality, with expected amenities such as shampoo, toothbrush kits, etc. The shower is spacious. - The wall air conditioner works well - They bring the included breakfast to your room. You choose from a number of Filipino options each day. There is no western breakfast option. - Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful - The elevator, which is a rarity in Dumaguete hotels, is decent sized and very smooth The not so good: - There is a lot of traffic noise - The water pressure is not great - The internet is not strong. It’s virtually impossible to even upload things - The key card is very touchy, so it takes a long time to get the door open Overall, given the other options, I would recommend this hotel

I stayed here last week together with my husband. Our room is nice, very spacious, air-conditioned room and hot shower. Unfortunately, I have to ask the receptionist for our bath towels and I hope next time it was already at the room by the time we check in. The remote control of the tv also does not function well. I also saw some webs on the ceilings of the comfort room. I suggest to clean properly the CR and repair minor amenities of the room. But still, I love to stay over and over again in this hotel since it's very accessible in the downtown area. Thank you. For a 5 star hotel, it doesn’t seem like it is and definitely not worth the price. -Poor amenities (Example, they offer a small thin bar of soap as a body wash. Why wouldn’t they offer liquid body wash? Also, some towels were overused) -They clean the rooms/bathrooms and change your towels after 3 days instead of everyday. There’s no pandemic anymore so why not clean the rooms everyday?! -Good food, but not enough choices for breakfast (Why wouldn’t pancakes be included in the options?Also, the coffee doesn’t taste good - strong and burnt tasting) -Nice staff, but they need more training: ＞Food Service is slow and inefficient. During breakfast and lunch, our food were served after hours of waiting. Some of our orders came incorrectly (not what we ordered). ＞Disorganize and lack in system. ＞They lack in staff both at the front desk and Sans rival Cafe. -They will charge you if you don’t return all your keycards. If this was a true 5 star hotel, you wouldn’t charge your guests for something cheap and disposable. Overall, our stay was ok (big rooms and nice pool), but lacking in amenities and training of staff. There are more cons than pros. Whoever owns this hotel seems like they are saving too much on costs. Never going to stay in any of the Henry Hotels in the Philippines.

This hotel is located near the Dumaguete airport and is decorated with many artworks. Unlike hotels in the city, it's generally quiet, but there are live performances in the hotel restaurant, so you can hear music until quite late, so it might be suitable for families with children of elementary school age or older. The customer service is friendly and the restaurant has high chairs, so if you understand that, you won't have any problems bringing young children with you. Also, you can flush toilet paper down the toilet, which is rare in the Philippines. Although we weren't in the city, leaving food in your room attracts a lot of ants, so we recommend hanging your luggage on hangers or floating in the air instead of leaving it on a table.
