The location is very good. The bus train station is across the street. There are many things to do nearby. It's a short walk to the beach and most of the attractions are located nearby. The staff are all friendly and genuinely try to help.

La atención del personal fue excelente, nos dieron alternativa a no tener cuna con una habitación más grande y una cama supletoria, estaba muy limpio pero por el estado del hotel y lo que pagamos, tengo que decir que no volvería. La habitación además tiene moqueta, cosa que para un hotel no me gusta y la ubicación tampoco es muy buena (no daba sensación de ser la más segura de Santander a pesar de ser céntrica)

La atención del ersonal de recepción y la ubicación genial. La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear. Se marcharon las sabanas y no las cambiaron al dia siguiente y la moqueta muy sucia. El desayuno para el precio de la habitación un poco justo.
