Trata-se de um hotel simples, porém limpo e com funcionários atenciosos. Um hotel apenas para dormir. Não oferece nenhum lazer, nem sabonetes e tão pouco shampoo e toalha de rosto. Leve de Casa. No domingo não existe limpeza de quarto. No quarto tem geladeira, mas você tem que se servir na recepção. O café da manhã também é razoável e só serve até às 09 da manhã. Se acabar alguma coisa, tipo pão de queijo, não é resposto. Na recepção tem dicas de diversos restaurantes que trazem as refeições até seu quarto. A cidade é extremamente segura e tranquila. todos afirmavam isso e só vi polícia uma vez. Internet ruim e lá não existe Uber e nem 99. Baixe o aplicativo URBANO. Lá funciona super bem. Você paga diretamente ao taxista. ideal para qualquer motorista de aplicativo pois rende muito mais.

Hotel deu uma repaginada, mas nada demais. Recepção bem pequena, não possui elevador, acústica péssima, corredor tão estreito que fica praticamente cara a cara com o quarto da frente. Quarto pequeno, ar condicionado barulhento, apenas uma toalha fininha para banho e rosto (não foi trocada nos dias que fiquei hospedado), sabonete pode descartar de tão pequeno, barulho de um motor (acho que do portão) a todo momento. Café da manhã sofrível, acho que foi o pior de longe que já experimentei em Santarém, funcionários sem máscara na cozinha e hóspedes circulando, conversando e se servindo sem máscara no café da manhã sem nenhuma intervenção dos responsáveis pelo hotel. Hotel não tem serviço de restaurante, ou pede comida por telefone ou tem que sair para procurar nas proximidades. Enfim… Hotel de passagem, caro para o que oferece e muito abaixo do padrão dos concorrentes.

O hotel atende as expectativas. Tudo novinho e decoração de muito bom gosto. Sua localização é boa, próximo do centro da cidade e relativamente próximo ao aeroporto. Ótimo atendimento na recepção. Café da manhã excelente. Preço justo. O único problema é que ele não dispõe de elevadores, porém ficamos no primeiro andar e não tivemos qualquer problema relacionado a locomoção.
