We stayed for one night on May 30th. Everything went well until we checked out and they claimed we damaged the hairdryer in our room. We explained to the concierge that we never even turned on the hairdryer, never used it. However, when we got back home we checked our AMEX card and still they charged us $65.02 for a hairdryer that we never even used. Guests, beware of this SCAM! check everything before hand, so this would not happen to anyone else.

Shower head was a 1 star level quality. That’s not acceptable given how much they charge for a room. Lots of construction around the property which made it dirty. Service is ok, staff don’t really care about their job or guests.

Please do not waste your money at this restaurant.. espectacular view, which you could appreciate without consuming. Food is terrible. Little options. You ask for a recommendation and they’ll recommend what’s nobody is purchasing. It’s better to avoid a pain than trying to cure it.

Estamos mi mujer y yo en el hotel actualmente. Habitación muy buena pero faltan cosas en relación con la categoría. El servicio es malísimo. Al llegar, me han pedido si quería dos habitaciones y estoy con mi mujer. Muy mala llegada que te pone en muy malas disposiciones.El servicio en el restaurante es malísimo. Nadie nos ha preguntado si era bueno y nadie nos ha dado las gracias. Un desastre !!!!!!!!!
